You know the show Pimp My Ride? Remember how they changed from West Coast Customs to GAS? Remember how they always had the person walk downa really nice row of cars? Well I went to the Galpin row of dealerships yesterday and found GAS.

As seen from Devil's Playground, the best seat in the house, you can see so much of the road. Here are a few of the pics I took. A lot of the ones I shot of cars passing nearby turned out blurry, and otherwise I got a lot of video (including Monster's and Millen's runs, and one of a guy almost getting nailed by a Cobra), but I don't want to upload a bunch of few-second long videos, so I need to find a way to convert the video files (from a Kodak Easyshare digicam) to something Windows Movie Maker will read.

... not a racer, obviously, I just like these cars.

After we left the actual part of the road that's raced on, the gate guard told us we were free to use both lanes, so me and a rear-drive AE86 raced down, weaving through everyone. Great fun until I blew a heater hose and had to drive a couple hours back to Fort Collins with the heater on and the revs up at stops to keep from overheating!

Did you see RJN Racing there? It seems they were there for the Nissan promotion and Jordan Tresson had quite some fun overtaking Ferraris in his Nissan 370 GT4.

Great photos fafat! Not much point in posting mine now... Although I have MANY on the road spots from when I was passenger in my father's car. I'll post the photos I have of cars that you didn't post fafat, or at suitably different angles/styles like the 3.0 CSL. These are about 1% of my photos of the magnificent event:

Thanks for the compliments! Here are a few more. These were mainly taken coming on, in and off the ferry from Portsmouth to Caen in France. The entire ferry was packed with amazing cars, it was ridiculous I was constantly snapping away.

Well I'm local and enjoy the atmosphere so I camped Friday and Saturday night, but only actually spent Sunday day there.
