ok enough bentleys please. they are neither beautiful, nor interesting, nor rare, not british. they are bland poseur cars.

here's one for you all, have a go at this:

Beautiful? Opinion
Interesting? Opinion although they do hold the world's fastest production sedan last I checked.
Rare? Depends.
British? Um, they remain in Crewe, Cheshire, United Kingdom. Being owned by VAG doesn't make them any less British.

As for the Spyker, good shot, but I too have seen the car here as well.

The Conti is as British as the Veyron is French, and by the same reasoning. Make of that what you will. It's intentionally vague.

I consider them British if they're being built in the United Kingdom, but that's how I view it. If the Veyron was produced in Italy like it's predecessor, I'd considered it Italian. Again, that's just how I view them.

A couple of people have defended the Bentley photos since this remark but actually I'm the first one to rally against them. However, I posted them on the grounds that it was, indeed, all I'd seen in the last couple of days.

Since the Continental GTC is still pretty new - it debuted about eight months ago - and is the most expensive of the three, I'll still photograph those from time to time. However, I no longer photograph the coupe and sedan for the reasons you gave. For the same reasons I have stopped photographing various other cars that more than a few people would consider exotic.

But because we're friends Doug has decided to shoot and post ITRs, any JDM vehicle he may run across, and pre-facelift NSXs. Only manual coupes.

He's also added the NSX Alex Zanardi Edition to his MUST GET PIC list.

This is apparantly a regular occurance in the area near my house. Why the hell haven't I been there before?!

I didn't take this video, but I'll be there as soon as I find out where it is to get something on this thread. Watch this space...

I mentioned how ACR Viper is my favorite Viper. Zanardi NSX is my favorite NSX. I'm starting to think my crush on BBS wheels may have something to do with this :D

Fine!

No! That list is reserved for the best - of which no NSX will ever be. I mean come on - that list includes Saleen S7, McLaren F1, Aston Vanquish, ... Dodge Viper coupe...

Blackbird
2006 Audi A8L W12 - airbags never deployed... uh oh Doug.

You never know the circumstances behind those - remember, airbags won't deploy if a vehicle is not turned on. That could've been easily hit while parked.

Since a lot of people submit photos from their phones an off-topic question: I have a RAZR and I'd like to know how I can send my photos to my email? Or however to my computer without using hardware.

I had this problem, and felt like a dumbass when someone told me how to do it. Instead of a phone number (or contact) when you send it to another phone, put your email address. I actually added my email address as a contact so I don't have to type it every time. Hope that made sense.

I don't know if this falls under the category "Did You See Anything Good Today?" But it's interesting nevertheless. An American in Belgium. With a Nissan Maxima 3.5L and Georgia plates

@ Danny: I did drive when I took this photo! ;)

Buy a cable to connect it to your computer, mine cost me like $7 or something.

Plates on that Maxima are from Cobb County - just north of Atlanta - my girlfriend lives there and I go to college just two counties away. That's ridiculous - I wonder what the story behind it is. Thanks for the photo! 👍

Germany, obviously close to Belgium, has a high number of US bases. The town i grew up in in the UK had Menwith Hill close by - a lot of the guys there imported their own cars in from the States.

Saleen S7? You mean like the one the owner let me sit and shift gears in? I almost got stuck. Also, I should have chosen the F40 sitting right next to it...

No pictures, of course. But that's because it's just an S7, and that was about 2 years ago.

You still haven't seen a Viper Coupe? I've seen several, although I've never been able to get my phone out quick enough. I mean, I know we're suckers for American cars here, but you see them every once in a while.

...I do wonder if I'll see an S7 next weekend for the Grand Rapids Dream Cruise...

In your opinion, right?
yup

12 Dodge Viper GTS (including 2 GTS-ACR)
12 Dodge Viper RT/10
12 Dodge Viper SRT-10 (including 1 Hennessey Venom 1000TT)
0 Dodge Viper SRT-10 Coupe

It's ridiculous.

Really pretty cool spot! 👍 I have seen one running around Norman in yellow and is right hand drive. I have yet to take a picture of it though. :guilty:
