Isnt that the same colour scheme as the king of bahrains cars?

yea kinda like the same (orange/black) but the bahraini sheikh (king) drives bently flying spur and bugatti veyron both with black window tints.

btw a question, are such titenium (mirror) tints allowed on cars in europe or US?:)

From what I know in Germany, if the front windows aren't crystal-clear, the TUV won't approve it.

And the TUV is tough. You can't switch different-width tyres without friggin' notifying them.

Don't you need a TUV certificate if a bird craps on your car in Germany?

Today at the lights I was behind a Chevelle. My car started shaking, so I opened the window to hear it better. Too bad I had to turn, but I did hear it accelerate after the light turned green.

Bentley Arnage, from yesterday.

Today was a day of "2008s"

- 2008 Ford Focus: Fugly!

- 2008 Honda Accord: I seriously thought it was an RL at first...

- 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan: Actually, its really cool!

...I'll get photos of the Ford and Honda later, I'm too tired to get them off of my phone...

I hate the new Accord. Making it that large totally ruins its driving, I'm sure, and it goes into a category that I think Ford has lock, stock and barrel.

I was saving these for a rainy day, and now that it's 80 and sunny, here we go.

Dodge Charger 1966

Most likely not a rare spec, but neat to see in such great condition anyway.

Aston Martin DB9 Volante

It's still a great car, and I'm not getting bored with seeing one, but I need a little more variety.

Land Rover Defender 90

I have actually seen a few of these, as they are actually well used here. Well, maybe further north in NH/ME, but upstate NY has quite a few.

Lamborghini Gallardo

I followed him down a highway I really didn't need to be on in the hopes that it was anything but a base-spec Gallardo. No dice. Cool car, but again: where's the variety?

BMW 635CSi

At the rate I'm seeing these over the past few months, I'm starting to think they're overvalued. Underappreciated, but overvalued. If that makes any sense....

And starting in reverse chronological order:

Mercedes-Benz CL63 AMG

Not as cool as the black-on-black one I saw two months ago, but it works.

Mercedes-Benz CLS55 AMG

I've seen tons of AMG's in black except this one. Do people think the CLS only comes in white?

Mercedes-Benz CLK55 AMG Cabriolet

Non-supercharged, and nowhere near as fast. Or as cool. Or as easy for my camera to capture, apparently.

Mercedes-Benz C43 AMG

This works much better for me. Small car, decent V8, and built back when Mercedes knew how to build cars. And when cameras didn't freak out at the first sign of glare.

Mercedes-Benz C36 AMG

First AMG in the US? The square exhaust looks so kooky, it looks like a cheap aftermarket kit.

Saw that same yellow Ferrari F430 again today, and it looked amazing. We didn't go down I-30, but he still took from at a stop light on 205.

Its been a busy day or two, but here they are:

Still incredibly ugly, and I'm surprised that one was out on a test-drive...

I swear to God it looks exactly like an RL if you're not paying attention...

The past week has been pretty exciting:

  • 40th Anniversary Murcielago at the Four Seasons in Toronto. I'm pretty sure this qualifies as the rarest car I've seen in the wild (Fisker Tramonto being rarest period).
  • Gallardo. Only the second I've seen, and the driver let it loose, so it stayed in my mind.
  • Z8. Uh, cruising down the highway, more than a bit odd.
  • Supra. Always a rare spot up here.
  • On that same note; an FD not five minutes later. Another rarity.
  • The same R32 Skyline I've noticed a few times in town.
  • Most bizarre, as I only recognized it through GT4; a Honda Today G.

* 2 dodge chargers (the same as the dukes of hazard)

* An American muscle car with almost the same front end as a charger but the car was bigger.

I finally managed to get the photos off my phone so heres a bunch of cars i've spotted.

Can any aussie identify what Holden this is?

I never got a front shot because it was too blurry and i'm not very good at taking pics with my phone.

In the same airport carpark (heathrow I think) I saw this nsx

More recently I saw this M3 CSL, seeing as E46 M3's as common as hens teeth the CSL looks fantastic. Even sitting parked it looks menacing compared to the its more commonplace sibling.
