Its an X-90 'vert. đź‘Ť

It looks more like a Suzuki Cultus Convertable to me.

On subject of oddly coloured Bimmers, I saw a white M5 (E39) last night. Rare colour. Will post pic later...

I think we all should take deep breathes. And then stop arguing and get off the subject. If your really that fussed about the parking thing go make a new thread about it, stop ruining this one.

Yes, you're quite right.

Bottom line is: Pay for 2 parking spaces, get 2 parking spaces. Pay for 1 parking space, get 1 parking space. You're renting someone else's land, and taking more than you've rented is theft.

Or idiocy.

Like that Viper that was torched in Russia, right? Regardless, I wasn't referring to jealousy as being the spark the ignites the powder keg that is double parking. I was merely referring to it as a different, yet still totally unacceptable practice.

That's a different story. That Viper had the number 666 on the plate, and the local peasants, apparently, believed that it had something to do with the devil and therefore has to be exorcised the way witches were.

And THB, Vipers do have something to do with the devil :D

Just seen a Lotus Esprit V8 (excuse the poor phone camera)...

...parked in a 'Pickup Only' area outside Sainsburys. The owner wasn't picking anybody up and was in the store for at least 30 minutes.

This was almost as inconsiderate as the 'same gender' couple who had parked their Range Rover Vogue opposite the Esprit in the 'Parents and Child' parking zone - unless they class their over pampered ****zu as their 'child'

Just though I would put these in here. They were taken at the MPH show at Earls Court on Sunday.

I did not look at those pictures which did not show me everything that was at MPH07 which I'm going on friday without realising aftwerwards

Apologies.

To be honest, those photos are just a snippet of what's actually at the show. You'll really enjoy it, especially the main performance with the Top Gear crew.

Saab 9.5 Aero cabrio.

This must be a 9-3 cabrio, I can't remember 9-5 cabrios being made, correct me if I'm wrong. IMO, still one of the most pretty cabrios on the market while the 900S Turbo cabrio remains my all-time favourit cabrio đź‘Ť

Also, Mark T, what kind of Elise is that? That's one of the most impressive cars I've EVER seen

Yes. The 111 experience is something every motorist must experience before it goes out of production. The Elise/Exige interior is ridiculously driver focused, it feels like a racing suit. Nothing is more than 3 inches from your body. I'm tall, and I couldn't even see the nose of the car, just the two clams over the wheels. Must feel absolutely amazing to drive like that.

I can't say I like how they resolved the wider back end though. It still looks awkward to me, months after looking at pictures of it.

that last aston db7, i believe thats a GT is it not?

If so, very very good spot, and i still think it looks gorgeous. :)

Ooooh! In fact it's the GTA of which only 112 were produced... athankyouverymuch!

The GTA is an even rarer car than the GT, with only 112 ever built; 60 of which were sold on the UK market and 17 for the USA.

Agreed, had mine at knockhill(where else! ) when i get in most cars there that dont have harness's i usually find something to old onto (usually the inside door handle) got in a 111R and thought "ohhhhh" (there isnt anything to hold on to! :nervous: )

On the way back from the DEQ during lunch break, I saw one of them SLR McLaren cars! I never see any cool cars where I live, so this one's huge. I wasn't even sure if anybody in Oregon owned one.
