Dodge Journey, I wasn't even aware that they were driving around yet. It has M plates on it meaning it's from the Tech Centre right down the road. Good lord is it ugly and the back end looks like a Volkswagen.

Neat. The Caliber has a big brother. Now they can both go hide in the corner and whine about how lame they are.
The Nitro is a small SUV and the Durango is a large SUV. It makes sense that Dodge would want a midsize SUV. Don't say Dodge can't have SUVs just because Jeep does. By that logic, Mercury shouldn't have any cars. Neither should GMC. Or Buick.
Funny you should mention those brands. Not much for sales, are they? They may actually go the way of Oldsmobile at this rate. I've never been a fan of sister brand redundancy (prime example being VW/Audi/etc.), but it's even worse if you clone bad cars. At least VW's passing the Golf around. You can't clone the Explorer, make it only slightly softer but more expensive, and expect to sell it to the same people. And you can't sell anything Buick to young people if it's not a GNX (which they could do, by way of Holden). As for GMC...well, what are they selling these days? A few vans?
