Of course I do. I'm not going to let anyone get away with saying that their city is better than mine.
hamilton is ;)

in the space of around 100ft
996 gt2
996 X50
techart 996
vanquish
db9
997 turbo
2 sl65's
E60 M5
oh and an octavia sdi
all parked down at that hotel/bar place near park's house(people that know he area will know who park is.
best part was i had been in dunoon and strachur all day so the batterys on my camera were dead

but then again hamilton is more of a large down than a city.......

Yesterday while I was driving I came across a silver Nissan Skyline (R32 model) with gold rims and a carbon hood. It was damn nice. I live in Canada so a skyline sighting is something to look forward too here. Ha ha. I was also following a dark blue Z06 Vette that I see all the time near my house.

Saw this today infront of a BestBuy in Lewisville TX.

Bentley Continental GT:

P.S. If you look closely behind the white Toyota SUV you can see my Focus. :sly:

I saw a Toyota Sequioqioqoqiioqoqa.

Very unusual over here, and I still don't know how to spell or pronounce it, but it was way big.

I saw this 3 days ago, I must say it looks good. All that car needs is a supercharger or turbocharger to go with that bodykit. I think it's an AEM kit which was installed by the dealer so you get a warranty with it. 👍

a) got a camera?
b) want to find out for sure?

:D

Well, to be technical Dallas > Denver, in every single way.

 Dallas has Texans, which means it's automatically worse than every city on Earth - and yes I'm including all points in Colombia, Haiti, and Iraq in that blanket statement.

Colorado has Texans too, but they're the ones who have figured out that Texas is hell and have come north in search of a decent place to live. They're still Texans though, and are mocked both in private and in public.

Today's sightings were quite good for 4pm on a Tuesday:

agi-h1.jpg

July 25, 2006 - Denver, Colo.

Its Utah plates say this is a brand new model - which makes it even rarer, since sales have slowed down to a trickle. God I hate these. I do enjoy seeing them though. Considering I live in Colorado, they're surprisingly rare.

agi-clk55.jpg

July 25, 2006 - Denver, Colo.

The rarest AMG model in Colorado (presumably the G55 is rarer but I see them with relative frequency here). I've seen just four CLK55s this year. And this is the rarest of the two generations. Rarer still would be a first-gen convertible, but I don't know if I've ever seen one of those.

agi-m3.jpg

July 25, 2006 - Denver, Colo.

Rare and awesome - save for the idiotic wheels. Someone do us a favor: buy an E30 M3, and KEEP IT STOCK. Then do the same with an ITR. I'm sick of these stupid mods that ruin the look of a modern classic.

Lots of people have bad things to say about Texans, jealousy does that, but don't worry, god won't hold it against you that you were born in the wrong state.

993 Turbo, Maroon, gorgeous.

C5 Z06, Blue, gorgeous.

White 300ZX, not bad, but silly aftermarket wing, while not totally tasteless, ruined the effect.

That 993 was sold recently here, can't wait to catch it on the roads.

Only a bright green Lamborghini Muericalago (or how ever it's spelled) it was a convertable to. It was in the most unusual place though. Out in the central valley of California. Were only farmers and stuff live. It was moving along wuit fast though. I couldn't tell very much, cause i was going 85 mph.

I went to the International Autos today in Milwaukee to get my father's car serviced, and they had a Mercedes Benz SLR McLaren that I got to sit down in. They told me I could own it for a mere $495,000.00.

I am kind of amazed that some of you post Hummer's, BMW's, and some of the Mercedes cheaper sedan models. I see hummer's, BMW's, and Mercedes every day.

Since this post was obviously directed at me, may I just say that you have no idea what you're talking about.

One. The Hummer I posted was the H1 model, not the H2, which you see every day. I saw two H2s parked next to each other today - note that I didn't take a picture of them. The H1 runs $137,500 and Hummer sells less than 200 a year now that demand has dried up. And that being one of the newer ones is among the 200 sold in the last twelve months. You've never seen one of those.

Two. The Mercedes and BMW I posted are two of their performance divisions' rarest models. The first-generation CLK55 shown was sold for only two years, from 2001 to 2002, and AutoTrader shows only 139 for sale nationwide, and just 89 coupes. And the BMW shown is an E30 M3, also known as a first-generation M3, or perhaps a 1988-1991 BMW M3. AutoTrader has only 13 of those for sale in the nation, and they're oft considered to be the best BMW M model ever, and certainly the seminal, original one, essentially launching the M division due to its positive reviews.

For the record, I have a suggestion for you: before you go around posting that you see these cars every day, I'd gain a bit more knowledge about the cars - it's clear you're not that informed.

And also, before you go off and say "I wasn't referring to your post," if you make that remark I'm going to ask which post you were referring to, and you'll be embarrassed again. So new plan: 1) apologize, 2) do research next time and all future times. Okay?

Exactly. And besides this, the title of the thread is 'Did you see anything good today?' I'm pretty sure that all the cars you've ever snapped, M5Power, meet the criteria anyway.

For the record, I'm glad to see photos of Hummer's and other US cars as I have only ever seen one Hummer (Hong Kong's only one), but I see stuff that people in the US or Europe rarely see daily. You don't see me complaining about that.

Toyota Supra with full Fast and the Furious bodykit.

But it was purple:yuck:

But MP5 power... I've seen you have pics of Z4's and Z3's.... COME ON I SEE THOOSE MORE THE CIVICS HERE! O and the H1... there about 30 of them in SF... I've seen quite a few.

YOU DO NOT KNOW CARS AT ALL.

I don't mind people who don't know cars, but those who don't know cars and pretend like they do really piss me off. I've posted one picture of a Z4, and it was my first road sighting of a Z4 M Roadster. To my knowledge only two sightings of that vehicle have been posted in this thread, mine being the only one with a photo. The price of the vehicle is $52000 and as of right now it's excruciatingly rare. You've never seen one.

The Z3 photos I post are ALL of its performance variant, the Z3 M Roadster, which was unusual, and the Z3 M Coupe, which was rare at best. I've never posted a stand-alone photo of this vehicle, just grouped with other rare models except for one time with the Coupe, which is much rarer. You've probably seen one, but you know so little about cars, you wouldn't know it.

People who cannot distinguish between the normal, everyday version of the car, and the rare versions are not true car people. That kitted Ford Fusion JCE300GT posted? That's a pretty interesting picture, for those of us who know something about cars. For you? Not so much, since you don't. Now go away. Seriously. And take cardude2004 with you.

On to something that matters, unlike the poster I replied to, here were today's sightings, which were fair for a Wednesday evening:

agj-v8vantage.jpg

July 26, 2006 - Denver, Colo.

Seen two of those now - one in Denver and the other in Vail. I admit, I've never seen a Vanquish (on the road), but compared to DB9s, which are consistent sightings, these are pretty freaking good-looking, even if they do all look alike. :D

agj-bentleys.jpg

July 26, 2006 - Denver, Colo.

The rest of the night produced just two interesting vehicles, both Bentleys, and both pretty mundane in the grand scheme of things. Do note, however, that in the photo on the left, you can see not just the Bentley, but an XK8, two S-classes, a 911, a Range Rover, and, well, a Sable, which (save for the Sable) are very nice cars indeed for a Wednesday evening.

Just saw a yellow Audi A4 (not sure which model) that I liked very much, sporting the number plate BA55. Cool.

EDIT: Oh, so it was just a lowly 2.0T - Never mind it looked cool as houses.

The other night I saw an Audi RS2 which is definately the first I have seen in HK and, as I don't remember ever seeing any back in the UK, probably the first ever. Ooh! Yes please!

Out on the tiles tonight, so hopefully more photos will be taken. If my friends can stand me taking photos of cars...

Spectacular shot. 👍 I was just thinking about them last night - why the hell were they called the RS2? They were based on the wagon version of the 90. And then the S4 came out, based on the sedan and wagon version of the 100. And the RS2 didn't use a 2-cylinder, nor did the S4 use a 4-cylinder. Those names made no sense!

Great cars though - we never got the RS2 in the states so the only way I see them is vicariously through you folks (typically Europeans, but you'll do :D).

Thanks for the props, mate!

Well I'm only Asian by location. I'm an Englishman from good old Wiltshire. As the saying goes - 'Wiltshire born and Wiltshire bread. Strong in the arm and thick in the head.' Last time I checked we were European. Are we still?! It's been a long time since I've been back!

I love the RS2, they were built by Porsche! and are such a sleeper, especially if bought in a nice sutble colour rather than the yellow or blue (like in your pic) that a lot came in. They still command a high 'used' value though :(

Oh! I never realised they also came in yellow. Thought the Nogaro blue was the only colour. I've just put that in my new blog. I'm now officially a peddler of mis-information!

Sorry, my mistake, it never came in yellow! :dunce:

It came in red, green, silver, black and blue, a large percentage were made in this blue.

Silver is the color I most often see on RS2s (in pictures anyway). I most often associate the blue color from your picture, chaser_fan, with the 00-01 Audi S4:

By the way - the original post in this thread says that reputation points can be given based on good sightings, a tradition which I'm going to begin with chaser_fan's post, and continue as necessary. This is my favorite thread on this forum, and what a better way to dispose of my allotted points. :)
