Bandwidth isn't the problem - it's designing a cohesive website that looks good and functions
It's do-able. And if it's only for you and selected viewers, even better.

If you want it to be mega-appealing to the public and everyone to use it, it becomes a bit more complicated. But for a personal system, it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

But this isn't really the place to discuss IT scope and design... :indiff:

Spotted a B&B Audi TT Edition R. 500HP, 199MPH. Not bad. :)

I saw one of these myself today! Thought it was an R8 until I went back through the photos on my camera... Doh!

I must ask, is seeing a VW Karmann Ghia a rare find? (in good nik too) There's one in my local area, although I can't show pics because I always see it when at work and I don't even have my own camera.

That bastardized TT got seriously beaten with the ugly stick. Even if it is packing 400hp, I'd definitely put it in the Questionable Modifications thread.
:yuck:

Had a spare 45 minutes so went down to the bridge and saw a few interesting things...

And here I was thinking they were a real, rare part of automotive history- oh well.

If you don't see many about then i guess it's rare. I don't know if they were ever officially imported into Australia, so for all we know it might be the only one in the country?

That sounds unlikely, but if it is that'd be cool :dopey: Also if it is you would all have to dismiss my claim I seen one as it would be highly unlikely and I can't prove it with pics. It's a light blue by the way.

Nice spots Rue!

The TT looks pretty good in white... :drool:!

Thanks mate! Yeah not bad for 3 o'clock on a Wednesday afternoon. Pretty cool to see the Murci as I was just talking with my friend about how much more road presence it has than the Gallardo. Thanks for the Fairlady pic Diego, I'll do my best to get you some more when the opportunity arises.

or you could just post it.

Serge posts Renault Meganes, so why shouldn't you post a VW Karmann-Ghia?

Because when I see it I don't have a camera on me, and I don't even have my own camera at all. Plus in Australia some people get violent if you're there taking pics of their car. It does seem a little odd when you think about it. If you walked out of the grocery store and found someone giving your car a photo shoot wouldn't you be a little worried where those pics will end up or why he was doing it?

Karman Ghia's are owned by stylish old hippies. No chance of violence there mate ;)

Joey, I think I saw the same Mini as in your avatar...:)

Are these special? Mazda 6 2.3 MZR...

maz23mzr00adk6.jpg

Yes - a very long list. :) I have for some time. It includes the URL to the best photo of the car, the plate number, the location, the date and day of the week, and the number of the model that I've seen.

I don't believe so but I also don't believe I know what the changes are.

Is the 08 version the one with 3 vents on each side of the hood sort of like slashes?

Holy hell? I don't think that's a JCW though since they aren't supposed to be out yet. Although I know Hong Kong can get anything. Either way a Clubman S is a cool spot, thanks for the photo 👍

**Ok after looking closer at the picture that is not a JCW since it doesn't have the all black grill, but still cool spot.

Lexus LS400.

You don't get many in Belgium? You should take some of ours!

@TsLeng
You made my day with that TR, and I havn't even got out of bed yet!

@Bubble Bunny
They're everywhere. I don't think there is a picture that I have of a car that didn't have a taxi in it before cropping the image.

@Joey
Yeah I just noticed that too. Also your one has a little badge in the lower grille.

Anyone have any info regarding the Alfa and the Mazda?

Turbocharged MZR engine in a 2006 Mazdaspeed 6The MZR is Mazda's latest Straight-4 gasoline powered engine. Development was assisted by Ford, who also sell the engine as the Duratec. The MZR family features a special long intake manifold for added torque, S-VT continuous variable valve timing, and a stainless steel 4:1 exhaust header.

The DISI turbocharged MZR was on the Ward's 10 Best Engines list for 2006, 2007 and 2008.

And now the extended version of my earlier post. The car I saw today was nothing special, just a Mercedes McLaren SLR 722 (with Oklahoma tags). It was parked two spots down from my 3000GT and I am assuming the owner(s) was at the softball game I was leaving ($0.50 hot dogs and drinks at games are very nice). I am fairly certain it is owned by the same couple who own the yellow Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 that I posted earlier in this thread (have to thank Doug for the link to FChat, otherwise I would not know that bit of information). If that is the case, then this is what they upgraded to from a normal SLR.

Good grief! That's up there with the best spots of the thread, made even better by the mundane surroundings. Brilliant!!!
