From what I have read on FChat, the man owns a yellow Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 (which I have seen and posted pictures of), a Ferrari 430 Spider, a blue Bentley Continental GT (also seen, no pictures), a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder (possibly seen and before Doug saw one
), silver Mercedes McLaren SLR (potentially been sold at this point and sighted a year or two ago, no pictures), and a silver Mercedes McLaren SLR 722. There may be others, as the above are the only ones mentioned on FChat.
And that reminds me of a story I have from a local dealership. I was going to lunch one day anywhere from one to two months ago and drove through an area I had not been by in a good while. While taking this route, I see a new dealership that I had not known to exist and I see this pretty little thing in the showroom.
Well since I had never seen a Ferrari 360 Modena before this, I just had to sidetrack from going to lunch. First thing, I asked one of the employees if it was alright if I looked at the car (turns out who I talked to is the general manager). After talking to the GM about the car and finding out that the 360 is there just to get people into the dealership, I mentioned I had seen a yellow Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 in the area and he almost instantly knew who the owner of it was, after I explained who was driving it. (Apparently, there is another yellow Murcielago running around the area too, as the GM was trying talk it's owner into displaying it in the showroom.) The GM mentioned some of the other cars the couple owns--all of which I knew about, other than one--and that was definitely surprising. He said they also own a McLaren F1. Now I find that one a little hard to believe and will only believe it when I see it, which only gives me more reason to be on the lookout for cars nows.
Now, back to my story about the trip to the dealership. I stood around and looked at the car for a good while, and after a bit, I asked the GM if it was alright if I could sit in the 360. He graciously allowed me to do so and I have to say, the 360 Modena fits nicely and would look wonderful in my garage . . . only problem is, I am a little lacking in the monetary department. Anyone willing to donate to the "Help Brett Buy a Ferrari 360 Modena Fund"?
I would think all donations are tax deductible; also, I can tell you that the fund is for a great and wonderful cause.
And if you did not notice, there is also a very nice FD RX-7 in the second picture. I can't say I gave it much attention, too mesmerized by the 360, but it is probably one of the nicest FDs around.
