Someone spotted one in the UK some time ago - we've already had this discussion - it was more than eight. Good spot nonetheless.

Like I say, unreliably informed. But they were sold 2002-2004 over here, and 2002 wasn't a good year for them. I haven't been able to track down any kind of sales figures for them in the UK, but I do know they didn't build more than 9,000 of them, and France accounted for nearly 1,000 of those in 2003.

Nonetheless, RHD ones are ultra-rare and really quite pretty. And gr00d on a level that some don't appreciate (you not being amongst them).

I saw a silver/black Bugatti Veyron two Sundays ago. It was along A1A at about 3pm, waiting for the light, heading northbound just south of Hillsboro Boulevard.

Since I didn't have my camera, you'll just have to take my word for it; but if any of you in the South Florida area are hunting for a pic of it, you can now keep your eyes peeled for one.

(I'm sort of putting my rep on the line with this post...but I wouldn't waste my time in this thread if it weren't true.) :)

Well done, it's been a long mission but YOU FOUND ONE!

👍

pupik, we beleive you. Only tools lie on the internet, try and get some pics next time :)

Haha, i was almost expecting your post to be more dramatic than that, but it'll do ;)

I have to say, comparing the two like that, the coupe is so much sexier it hurts, i can see now why you've endeavored to see one! :D Congrats!

Well, Doug, it's extremely hard to see if that blurry little area of the hood visible contains vents or not. The surface below the powerdome on the hood is where the vents would be, and that area is barely visible before it disappears behind the fender bulge. Gimme a bigger version that I can study closer.

Oh, and...

Taken September 23, 2007, in Dayton, Ohio. Doug. There are no rich people in Dayton. Also, you can see the vents I'm talking about in this picture. I believe I posted somewhere that the spot only counts if it's the 600 horse version, and the one I spotted is not. I don't believe yours is either, but further study is needed. This is serious business, Doug.

Keef, the one Doug saw isn't an '08. The hood bulge on the new models is actually a little bit higher than on the previous models. It's raised quite a bit above the vents.

Ah, okay. I told him I thought the front scoop was bigger, but I didn't realize the whole dome was.

Also, that's an oddly distorted camera phone picture. I was driving past the car at about 20 mph with my hand hanging out the window, and that's why happened. I've got a few that are so terribly distorted you can't even tell what kind of car it is!

I'm more intrested in the scooby then those other things ><

Yeah, wasn't that an RB5?

Rue

Isn't that a Vanquish S?

Rue

No kidding!

Congratulations. That's been a long time coming. Awesome color & photo, too. 👍

Got one 2 weeks ago Doug :P

In West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Only people with any real money is these two families that live about 5 mins away on a bike. One's got a lot bigger than the baseball & soccer fields, and he's an anesthesiologist and the head EMT for the town, so hes got a wicked cool Suburban with fire lights. Another's got a full size horse stable on their lot and they have an FJ Cruiser in Lego Yellow :ill: Don't know what they do for money.

Anyways, no, I did not see anything good today. I saw a Dodge Charger police car for East Bridgewater, but I was in school so I couldn't grab a shot.

Congrats Doug, although the Viper SRT-10 isn't practically something amazing...... But yeah, at least you achieved one your at least. ;) So whats next? An Enzo? A Koenigsegg? Probably even one of em ACR Vipers? :D

nop RB5 had a much bigger wing, thats just a turbo.

In fact that is an RB5. Not least amongst the evidence being that it's in the RB5 colour, has the RB5 wheels and has an RB5 badge on the back, but it also returns as an RB5 if you check the registration.

I believe it's car number 5, which had an STi rear wing in place of the standard one.

It's nothing compared to all the Vipers, F355s and R35 Skylines in this thread, but I saw these yesterday:

Not 100% sure what this was, but it looked cool and I'd never seen one. Any ideas?

EDIT:
The same car with glitter if that helps.

I believe it's car number 5, which had an STi rear wing in place of the standard one.

its not number 5 it doesnt have clear/dark side indicators,it has the standard orange ones, plus #5 has the "sti5" wing which was nicked off a 747 when BA werent looking.

Casio

That'd be a Pontiac Parisienne, mid-late 60's.

US didn't get it until the 80's, only Canada & Australia (built as RHD and exported, for some reason) got the cool ones.
