It's a Seat. And it's a speed machine.đź‘Ť
Am i the only one here who recognizes that as Casio's Cordoba, he actually owns it? Im sure it was him that posted it in the 'post a pic of your real car' thread.....

Yes. It's the legendary V8 Turbo. It's a speed machine, and in good condition, reliable, strongly-built and clean, too. Very.

I just summed up the V8 Turbo's history. He should a link to this in his signature.

wrong cordoba/ibiza was based on the polo, the leon was the golf

You are aware that the Cordoba and the Golf share the same engines, very similar weights, and sizes?

Here's the Peugeot 206 I saw a few days ago. Not such an awesome car, but very rare in the us.

Sorry for the very crappy, far away, completely zoomed in cell phone picture, but I did see it!

Magnum PI visited my little town today...ok maybe not but this is the car made famous by the TV show! 308 GTSi, first Ferrari I've seen in this town.

Popped down to a Mini specialist near Brooklands today, so these are kinda half spots, but I felt they were worth posting anyway.

I've seen plenty of Mini Shortys, but never a Metro Shorty... until today:

I've also never seen a BMW 530d Ute before:

Nice sentiment. All in a day's work. Glad you liked it. ;)

That Metro shorty is mystifyingly cool. I think it's the way they've cut and shut a front and rear door together to get the trapezoidal window. :)

It seems to be a real Ferrari, since the proportions look about right. The front suspension may be a bit higher than normal, but otherwise it seems real.

Hell yeah, his will be a 1000 times better than the one just posted here. He also owns a number of other cool cars, like a Diablo.

How in the hell? i thought Peugeots were illegal in the states?

Doesn't Venari work for Aston in some quantity or other?

That 308 looks real to me. Nothing that hints at it being a replica other than it being in such good condition and in the snow. Although the badge on the side does seem rather lower down than normal. They're not that rare anyway. Still a great spot!

Today I saw and got pics of:
Golf R32
Aston Martin V8Vantage
Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera
Audi S6
Audi S4
BMW 530i Estate

Didnt get pics of:
Audi RS6
Audi RS4 Avant
About 15 Porsche 911's, from Carrera's to Turbos.
BMW M5
BMW M3 E48
2 Golf R32's
2 Jaguar XKRs
BMW M3 E92

So today I saw the best cars ive ever seen in my life other than motor shows đź‘Ť

Audi S6

Audi S4

BMW 530i Estate. I love how this pic came out too, and also my 1000th spot

ER34 with GT-R badges, the owner forgot to take the GT-S badges  Atleast they could do it properly.

Some giant box on wheels. I swear it was about 4 meters tall.

And for the last, and best ever spots taken in the span of about 10secs,
Gallardo SL

That is obviously a custom job. Unless this is the one, Australian pro golfer Stuart Appleby is making a 5 series Ute as well.

As it's British registered, has "High Quality Coachworks" down the side, and is parked outside an "automotive engnieering" place, I think it's fairly safe to say it's not Mr. Appleby's :)

I thought Stuart's was the first 5-series converted to ute.

Apparently not, maybe the first M5 Ute. His isn't even finished yet, but will be far better thought out IMO, just looking at his website.

I looked at all those things too, and figured it couldn't have been Stuart's when I seen it. Still very interesting though :)
