Doesn't Venari work for Aston in some quantity or other?

He does, Gaydon's plant to be precise. However I'm just wondering how he managed to get it, because presumably he must have given it a drive. Knowing how he took the DBS from them before...

I asked. The view is Burton Dassett. The car is a DB9 Volante, of course.

100 Interpoints to the first person who can spot the two visible oddities on the car (Aston nutcases only, unless you're feeling brave.)

The rims?

Center console matching the rest of the interior? (I've never seen a photo of one in which it did)

EDIT: Yeah, I'm feeling brave. :dunce:

50 to Holden, 50 to Beerz.

Vantage style wing mirrors, and new alloys, as recently seen at the motor shows for the 2009 model year. The Bamboo centre console is a very rarely chosen option - which is a shame, 'coz' I like it. It's only the same colour here as a trick of the angelic light.

What you don't see is retuned suspension, a fat healthy extra wodge of torque and an extra 20hp for the car. This one was a manual, and it can shovel. 2009 Sports pack Coupe is a very, very impressive car.

Of course. I wish I was quicker to reply I would have spotted those things within a minute or so...

This is where Venari took his photo:

Yes, it's a Spyder.

And what he means is, you said it was a Superleggera, so he's saying it in a sarcastic way.

Just enquiring really. Didn't mean to sound sarky. Yes the Gallardo SL is coupe only.

Over the weekend I saw a Ferrari 288 GTO at the Valet Parking at the Mall.

I took a picture with my phone so if I get a chance I will post it up.

So red and oh so clean. I tried to see how many miles it had but the glare was too bad and I didn't want to touch it.

POST THE PICTUER NAO. I bet it's a 308

Sorry for the crappy picture, it was raining (no I wasn't driving). It's a BMW Z8 which has fairly distinct taillamps.

A still running Sterling 827SL, quite rare in these parts.

Bently GT, I wasn't going to photograph it but I thought it looked decent with the rims and what not.

Early contender for spot of the year if you post the photo.

I would probably flip out if I ever see a Black Series in person. Damn, that's gorgeous.

If you think you'd flip when you saw it, wait until you hear it. I had the pleasure of having a run-in with eccentric millionaire and his Black Series at his HQ after one of my kart races (which he owns). He was so cool about it. He said he'd give me a spin around the block but he had to catch [his] jet.

JCE
There's a guy here in Lewisville who has one--and err he's done something to the exhaust--you can hear it 2 miles away. Its LOUD.

I hear they're actually pretty potent as well. I'd think of owning one if it wasn't for the outlandish SUPER BEE!!!!!!! stickers...

Does anyone know if there's a "common" Corvette C1 kit-car available?

I saw one at the lights near where I work, only figured itw as a corvette when I saw the badge on the side but it would be awful strange to see a classic like that in my area. I'll keep an eye out for it.
