 It's got a roof pod. That's classic. They bought a track machine and put a roof pod on it. That would be like a ski rack on a Porsche...oh wait didn't Doug already see that?

I didn't even notice that. I thought it was on the car in front of the Mini. Well, shows how I take most of my photos: shoot first, look later. :indiff:

I'm not close to Silicon Valley.... Yes there are tons of rich people but 90% of them keep them in there garage.

Seconded. I'm not far from Greenwich, CT, Rye/Bedford/Scarsdale, NY...basically, one of the richest areas of the world. Hardly anything but luxury SUVs are on the road. Why? Not sure. In the winter, I understand, but this summer has been downright spectacular weather. There's no excuse not to drive what you own. This area just isn't that flashy. It's not that they don't compete with each other, they just hold their cards close to the chest.

Wow, I photographed that very same ferrari and a few other exotics at a grocery store a few blocks from my house! I'll post the pics. Where did you take this picture?

I love the grocery store parking lot photos ND4SPD!!! Those cars look so great parked there.

Thanks! I like how they all parked at the starbucks parking lot but they all went into a restaurant beside the grocery store!

Also, that 360 Spyder had nearly the same plates as the yellow 360 coupe except with the "c"s and "k"s switched around!

That is very awesome looking! 👍 Is the sideblade also black or carbon fibre? I cannot quite tell by that picture. Either way, the all black looks wonderful.
Looks like carbon fiber, having seen the option on a black one (and a red, and a gray one) before.

Useless fact: The cost of shipping only, via UPS; next-day-air, insured, and cross-country delivery of carbon fiber R8 sideblades costs ~$250.00. And that's if you put in one (not-over-sized) carton.

Nice Viper photo, exigeracer. Very professional-looking. 👍

I'm actually starting to see some quality rides in this one-horse (or should I say bull?) town:

i saw a couple cool autos in some inopportune situations.

Ford GT, white with blue stripes, looked amazing, so low and wide. was driving home with the girlfriend after just making her quite angry over some things said at dinner. wasnt really a great time to flip a u-turn and chase down a car for a picture.

E60 M5. First i've ever seen. I had just ran to grab a bite to eat and didnt bother taking anything but my keys, so no camera of any type on hand.

Special version with the wing or is it an after market thing? Either way this thing was turning heads....

Just an aftermarket spoiler, but since the car is already a track machine from the factory, it may just improve the car even more.

I did see something interesting today. A Corolla AE86 with what appeared to be a rotary engine in it.

And a Cooper Clubman S (though I didn't get a picture of that).

Been a while since I checked this over, so lets move back...

This post was awesome, the Legnum and Chaser seal the deal, but the Ferrari... oh man, I normally dont download the pictures posted here unless they are very special cars, I can get into Ferrari's press site and see a stock 360 Modena, but this thing is incredibly bad-ass, its amazing, I'm officially requesting each and every shot of this thing in the highest res possible, man. NOW.

For Cano.

hahaha I love when Serge says "for Cano" and posts a beat up old car, that's what it's all about. We need closer shots of the Fiat, those things rule.

Large haul today; I went on a 3+ hour bike ride around town. These aren't particularly rare, but I liked 'em. I saw my first street Aston today, I think it was a DB7 Volante, but it was going the opposite way, so I didn't have time to take out my camera. I tried following it, but lost it.

SLK 230 / GSX-R600 / M5 / R32

M3 / YZF-R6 / C6 conv / XK8 coupe

Ford Fairlane / SC Targa / XJ6 / Mustang

C3 Stingray (amazing sound) / Ram Daytona / C6 Z06 / '76 Mustang and some Chrysler I can't ID

Chevy Corvair 95 / SSR / Carrera 4 / Chrysler New Yorker

Nova / 912 / ForTwo / Thunderbird

Thunderbird / SL 500 / Miata hard top / Taurus SHO

Anyone know what these are?

This post was randomly awesome, partly because it's like something I would post, but of course, without all of the newer exotics, but the real highlights is the Mustang, come on, look at those slicks! also the pair of 41-42 (I think) Chryslers and the Corvair puckup, that one is specially rare.

got damn, I need to post something...

Sorry for not having pics, but they pale in comparison to some of the spots here. :indiff: All I saw today in Huntington was a Porsche Cayman S (complete w/ red graphics on the side), a Jaguar XF, and a Aston Martin DB9.

I really like that Comet BTW.

Haha. Yeah, that day I pretty much thought "I'll just snap anything and everything I like."

got damny your latest post is awesome too, the Comet and the Corvair! we need MORE from you.

The red NSX is pretty interesting, was it supercharged or turbocharged?

Honestly, I do not know what kind of boost that NSX was running. The owner was nowhere in sight, and even though he left the hood open, I wasn't going to go peaking around in his car. It's akward enough when people look at you wierd for photographing random cars, you know what I mean?
