Yah. That white. Oh, that white. It's so black.

Rue
Doug, that has to be THE baddest car/colour I've ever seen - absolutely AMAZING!!!

Bubble Bunny
OMG that CLK black is amazing. Best colour combo I've seen

VashTheStampede
Very good looking car! đź‘Ť

Doug, that Merc looks amazing.

Wow! An incredible reception for a car that practically no one notices on the road. This spot took a ton of effort on my part and I'm glad I pursued it. Thanks for the positive feedback, everyone!

Awesome GT-R!! Good job on the spot!

Doug- for those of us car enthusiasts, we know that a somewhat subtle looking car can be a beast!! (As the CLK is!) -kevin

I have nothing to quote, but I do have cars to post.

Rolls-Royce Silver Spur

Better than the typical Greenwich fare, but sort of standard for the area.

Ferrari 360 Spider

An odd choice for 20-something degree weather, but props for taking it out in all weather.

Nissan GT-R

This and the Bentley pulled in just ahead. Not sure that a place named "Spiffy" is where I'd get my GT-R taken care of. :odd:

Datsun 280Z

Another daily driven car found near my office. Nice choice. đź‘Ť

Floatie Mobile

Could not make out what this was, but there were no floaters to be found.

Lotus of Greenwich

The end of an era. Considered buying ever since they released the Elise. No sign of relocation, so it's sad to see them go.

I still havn't seen a new GTR :( Nor A Challenger :( And still have only seen 1 G8 which was in SF almost a year ago.

I'm starting to hate Marin... people are boring and just buy Mercs and Beamers.

EDIT: Priuses too.

Saw my first new SL63 today. Looked fantastic in white, but no photo... sorry!

btw the next post will be the 16,000th in the DYSAGT thread. Amazing! Props to everyone who has contributed to such a great little part of the Interweb. Here's to the next 16,000...

I saw a Mistu Evo. I'm sure what generation it was, but I know it goes to my school.

Oh and a Nice lowered Gold Bug, anddddd theres a Citroen 2cv and Vw thing right next to my school.

16000th post!

Nice!! A Maybach!! Is that a Maserati Quattroporte beside the Rolls? So- you just up in CO for Christmas? -kevin

Yes - a facelifted Quattroporte. I don't photograph the Masers though because they're just too common. Except for one in particular that's a little less common. I'll be in CO through January 10. Snow on the ground here so don't expect too many sightings from me!

Yeah well done Serge! Your spots more recently seem to be getting much better, a DB9 then a Conti Speed? Nicely done!

What is this cars fastest lap of Knockhill? Just wondering.
56.710 on street legal road tyres with standardish suspension and no brakes.
56.720 on a slightly damp track with grooved slicks new suspension and brakes slightly on fire....

first time with the car on slicks so we were messing about with pressures then this happened and there was a bulge in one of the tyres so had to put the road tyres back on.(slight swear warning)

Sorry to take things off-topic again, but are you a member of the team or similar? Just noticed the 'we' part đź‘Ť

Not too far off the big boys in Time Attack UK then (I'm a Litchfield supporter personally, 55.476 being their personal best back in 2006 (Fastest lap of the day - Time attack winners 2006).

My 800hp glanza blitzed knockhill in 12 seconds :P
Ametures.....

Tee Hee

ha....

To some extent it is a team but not in the sense of a race team.Theres Alex who owns the cars and the company, his daughter(who competed the yellow 5 at the knockhill round this year) and her fiancee and alex's other daughters boyfriend his other daughter does come along but doesnt really drive the cars. All the tuning and maintenance is done by a company called extreme motorsport(argubly the best evo tuners in scotland).

way off that now the best time this year was a 51.....only "car" that has went faster is andy gallachers ford focus (which isnt allowed to enter the time attack and has been timed at 49 seconds)

I really need to follow the action again, I lost interest when Litchfield decided to take a break. I'm guessing the 51 was Olly Clarke?

Although with the stupid amounts of power the cars are running I see it as a bit 'boring'. Anything above 600hp is too much IMO, although I understand that in most cases more (controlable) power = faster laptimes.

In fact the fastest was a 52 not a 51 and it was oly clark.

the evo isnt as lairy as you might think although in the wet the yellow 5 can spin all 4 wheels coming out of the hairpin, oly was rumoured to have been making 850bhp this year all on street legal road tyres.I remember being told that if the evo used race fuel instead of 98 octane that was being used it might have made 730+ although alex was getting used to the car throught the year so it wasnt making that kind of power.

Back on topic ;)
