Did You See Anything Good Today? [Read First Post]

Some of my spots in the last week or so. Nothing spectacular, but worth dropping into the thread.

R8 - I see a reasonable number of these, but usually when I'm driving and can't take a photo. This one was parked on my street, the same street where I saw the Maserati GT a few months back. Note the A3 cabrio in the background too, don't see many of those.

VW Scirocco - look even better in the flesh than they do in magazines. Great proportions and actually really manage to stand out amongst most other cars on the road. Very distinctive.

Smart Fortwo - nothing special about this on it's own, but it's the first one I've seen parked as smart intended! I thought it was frowned upon in this country, but apparently not. It's still a unique feature though, and amazing how little the back end protruded past the sides of the cars around it.

I agree, the wheels definitely aren't the best for that car. But I reckon it looks best in the green or blue that you often see in the magazine tests.

Agreed, I think it's far nicer than the outgoing Fairlady/350Z which I never really liked. A black one drove past me through me village today and I just think it's so frumpy looking. This new one looks far more sharp and poised (although I know there are many that think otehrwise!).
