What's with all the cabling?
There's massive construction going on in Macau, this was next to Venetian. Maybe they're helping power all the casinos?
What's with all the cabling?
Alfa Romeo GTV6, it was all original, had a rough time starting and had a problem with the windows rolling down. I loved it.
Right, I'm finally back with a bunch of photos I took since flying back to Hong Kong, sorry Rue, I'm not in your playground (you still get the best selection of cars though)

Holy...Blimey...Hong Kong has a couple of nice cars.
Looks legit to me. Nothing about it says otherwise. What 2 features are you talking about? The US legal ones have some reflector things that's all I know.Rue, great spot on the Diablo. Not quite convinced, personally, that it's a legit SE30 as it's missing 2 features that are standard on the car. Could also be #118 from Shangai, but that car does retain those features.

Going a bit further, the exhaust pipes aren't polished; they'd stand out more if they were, even dirty. From the 2nd pic, they should also be showing the small "rings" in them.
Bull is missing its tail. As close as Rue was in that second shot, the third tail light should stand out more. Also doesn't look like there are any outer reflectors at all in the rear bumper from the second pic.
Again, it could be #118, but that car has everything this one is missing.
Good call on the windows. I forgot about those. It's missing it's 2 fog lights in the grill as well as the standard slots in the windows where they roll down.

I suggested the Shanghai car as it's the closest & may have moved. Shanghai's was also yellow & a simple respray to orange wouldn't be difficult. But again, it had all the standard features last I saw it unless, by some rare chance, the owner changed everything, but that's highly unlikely. If #118 is still in Shanghai then it's not the same car otherwise it would have had China plates or even China and Macau plates. As this one had only the Macau plates I would assume it's not the same car (and anyway you said it's missing stuff the SHG car has). I think it must be a standard Dialblo with some SE30 bits.
As you said, it's more than likely a Diablo with SE30 parts & it wouldn't be the first.
That's definitely what's happened. Shame, as an SE30 would have been a much cooler sighting. Funnily enough I have seen quite a few Diablo's around recently. Often camera shy though!
Oddly i followed one part way to work yesterday morning before it pulled off and parked outside the University. It was a mid to dark metalic blue with almost a purple tinge to it and had a pale blue alcantara interior with white piping. It also had SV badging on the back but not the large SV graphic on the side and it certainly matched how an SV looks. I've checked the Lambo registry and there are a few cars that match it so who knows? Didn't have a camera on me at the time though.
