Actually the bruce 7 is faster by nearly .1

fastest lap for norris was 55.576 sec

evo 7 55.487

Going by the picture at the start of the first vid of the Norris Designs car, that's the previous incarnation of it. Bit different to the one seen in the picture above, namely the new canards/aero kit. Probably a lot faster now, and less than a tenth of a second isn't a hard gap to close ;)

This thread is awesome. I'm so jealous of everyone who lives somewhere with such amazing cars. All we've got round here is this

;)

Well, what a come down in terms of cars compared to Hong Kong, but hey there is plenty of older machinery on the roads that I can only dream of seeing back there. I'm loving all the 60's to 80's cars. Here are a few from today shot on the road with my old man's Pentax.

Sorry if some of these spots seem rather mundane, but they are interesting to me having not been here for a while.

I also took a picture of this personalized R35 in Kuala Lumpur:

Are they Singapore plates? They look familiar from when I was at the Singapore F1 race a couple of years ago. The Singaporeans are crazy about GTR's I think there are almost as many there are there are in HK and I know that you can drive up to KL from Sing. quite easily.

Sorry for the double-post. Won't happen again!

Actually that is the previous incarnation of the car its different now

tenth is still faster though and we have 300bhp less and no fancy carbon fibre bits :)

@ RUE: Looks like you're in Yorkshire?

I'd much rather be looking at your usual exotica than our old and mundane UK heaps! I'll have to get snapping now I know you find stuff like this interesting ;)

I didn't see this but my buddy just sent this to me from his work over in Troy. It's a natural gas powered VW Caddy Typ 2k that's driving around the world or something. Yes it was on German plates too! Pretty cool I'd say.

Isn't this the car someone called PS on in the Imports thread just because of the angle it was shot at?

Original text deleted - thought better off not replying till I'm sober

BTW lovely RS6 there, come to think of it there aren't many cool RS6s here in HK

Rue, you don't have anymore of the Ferrari above the 360? Sorry the name escapes me. I went to Castle Combe awhile back and got a photo of one, just thinking if it was the same car.

Alright, here is some Pictures from my ExoticSpotter.com account. They were all taken by me, so don't worry. These were all spotted in Houston

Similar stone...nice ham!

Our CEO has just replaced his Bentley Flying Spur with a Porsche Panamera Turbo...this is the same guy who recently sold a DB7 Volante (reg: V12 TOY), Dodge Viper (V10 Toy), Ferrari 360 (V8 TOY), and 911 Carrera Cabriolet (V6 TOY). He bought the number plates before the cars...makes you wonder why he got a 911 for V6 TOY!

Other directors have got 911 Carrera 4S, 911 Targa, RS6, M5...they're a bit car mad but also have no sense of humour so wouldn't take very kindly to anyone snapping their cars hence the lack of photos. Maybe one day I'll do a bit of covert ops and post them ;)

I'm not surprised it went on another car, his DB7 was green with a green soft top and non-standard bumpers and sills...not the prettiest Aston I've ever seen! His son (now the MD) had a Touareg with V10 GRR plate! He's got the RS6 now after having a white M3 folding roof...life's not fair!

if they are car mad you would think they would get interesting cars :boggled:

Bentley Flying Spur
Porsche Panamera Turbo
DB7 Volante (reg: V12 TOY)
Dodge Viper (V10 Toy)
Ferrari 360 (V8 TOY)
911 Carrera Cabriolet (V6 TOY)
911 Carrera 4S
911 Targa
Audi RS6
BMW M5
BMW M3
Touareg V10

You're a hard man to please ;)

A friend of my friend had told him about a place with some supercars parked, we went to check it out, turns out it was just a wild goose chase! but we did see this mk1 golf on the way there:

And then on the way back home, this Jag passed us:
