So, I had an amazing car hunting night. I have over 200 pictures so I can't go through them all tonight. I do need help with this car though. I thought it was a Noble, but it does seem to be one anymore. I recognize it, but can't think of the name.

IMG_0164.jpg

Well it's quite easOMG the Chevelle over there and the drag-look 5.0 Rustang are cool... pics?

EDIT:

It's a Rossion Q1.

It's... blocking the Mustang -_-

was there a cruise night or something along those lines? You dont see a 68 chevelle, a 5.0 drag car and a Rossion in the same picture by accident just because. wtf?

That's Woodward. People just cruise to cruise. Within an hour I had 100+ pictures and I was just taking pictures of really good stuff or some cars were blocked by others.

agh of course, I always forget where you live. I was even gonna mention that that street looked eerily similar to Woodward Blvd... dah...

Yep, it's one perk to living here.

I'm tired and I have to wake up early in the mornin' feelin like P-Diddy, so I'll post the rest tomorrow, but here's one more :D.

I couldn't get a picture of what I seen a little bit ago at walmart because it is night time and I don't carry around my D80 so all I had was my cell and it is useless at night. It was a 1996 Impala SS that was completely ruined, it had 32" rims on it( I looked at the tires, they were 32's!) sitting up in the air like a 4X4....

Basset steelies on the shelby look mean!

And breakpoint, you should have taken at least the cellphone pic! only to let us see how bad that was... it sounds pretty funny, actually... until you turn your head up and realize they killed an Impala T-T

I was driving on the freeway the other day, when this Corvette passed me. The car itself is nothing special, but the Vanity Plate made me laugh!

Damn Nismo! Those are off the chain! Makes me feel horrible for following up with crappy spots.

Abandoned BMW. This thing was rather dusty, which is funny since the parking garage it's in faces the harbor.

Miata. Not common to see here. This is maybe the fourth I've seen in nearly 6 months of living here.

Benz (SLK?) with old Jetta, and an old BMW hiding.

Newer Ram lifted. Trucks aren't that popular here, and 90% are old 90's trucks. Was impressed by it.

SANY0167.jpg

Stock 350Z with a decently modded Civic SI in backround. I know it's an everyday car to alot here, but this is the first 350Z I've seen down here.

SANY0133.jpg

Horrible picture of a Benz. Had some nice rims.

Audi.

Yeah, crap spots I know. D:

Edit: Also seen this duster, but couldn't get a pic, but heres a pic from the summer.

Also seen a red NSX and a nicely done up RSX but they drove by too quick for my camera.

I have the G1 and with its 1.3MP camera with no flash it is pointless at night because you can't see anything in the image, just blurry black. I have tried before at that same walmart and it looked like an impressionists painting:ouch:

you have no idea :crazy:

Too epic of a post to be contained by several forums, let alone GTP
:nervous:

eh... where to begin, where... changing my trousers maybe...

*goes*

-------------

*comes back*

Ok...

* pre-Woodward Camaro = awesome.

* White Chevelle with superfat tires on original-style Magnums = wow...

* Red Dodge is a 1966 Coronet R/T

* White Challenger is 72-74 Rallye

* Old Ford # 1 is indeed a 1934 Ford roadster... very nice btw.

* (poor) Old Ford # 2 is a 1929 Model A

* Coronet? is not a coronet but a 1963 Plymouth Belvedere/Fury done in A/FX fashion... or if it is real, it is, yet again, one of the rarest spots in this entire, 1000+ page thread.

* Two Z06s = twice awesome.

* Big Plymouth or something is indeed a Plymouth, a 1967 (I think) Sport Fury. Nice.

* Ford? Yes! 1963 Ford Galaxie. Awesome car... needs other wheels.

* Fisker Tramonto, very rare, awesome.

* Green 1969 Super Bee... holly hell, to die for. Incredible car. Big picture please?

* blue Camaro looks nice and fresh with white top.

* How could you look at the wheels in the Integra having that Cadoo in front? :odd:

* Old Ford # 3 is a 195... something (cant see the nose) F100... odd colours.

* Bonneville, yes, correct, a 1962.

* the direct-dump-headers on the 55 Chevy must have been sweetly loud.

* hood-missing 5.0 Mustang is cool, haha

* Vette coupe... split window?

* 70 Olds 442 is incredible!

* big old Fury is not a Fury but a 1957 Belvedere.

* 1964 Galaxie is really low, cool.

* what are you doing shooting a freaking viper when a 1977 Trans Am is passing it? :odd:

* no Nomad but a "simple" 1957 Chevy ranch wagon.

* old Ford #4 (or maybe Dodge) is actually a 1937 Chevy humpback... clean.

* was that Anglia stock or does that blur on top of its hood is a blower scoop?

* the thing on the trailer is a 1970-72 Dodge Dart... very mean by the looks of it, you'll have to chase it down once it's finished.

*Citroen and elan are cool.

And no, I have not forgotten. If it was for me, actually, this thread could be closed after Nismo posted this...
IMG_0106.jpg

IMG_0109.jpg

...but as he said he has more than 200 pictures, I'll wait. In the meanwhile, I proclaim this to be the best and most epic post this cool thread has given to humanity.

Thanks Cano, I knew you'd like most of those. I agree, that Altered State was one of the best spots I've ever seen.

The Anglia was straight up stock. Stock wheels, hood, everything.

About the Viper and Trans Am, there had to of been 20 Trans Ams out that night. And I have pictures, I'll get them up tomorrow.

The 1963 Plymouth Belvedere/Fury done in A/FX fashion = Awesome.

ooohhh I'll sure be waiting. Thanks for the big ones, I still can't believe the color on that GTX. And least you think they are the only ones I'll be requesting, think again!! I'm just waiting until you're done (:

From weekend (about 20% of the pics) with my faulty camera. Results don't look too bad here, but trust me the thing is going back.

Nismo and Rue do seem to live in places that are very nice for spotting cars.

My partner went to Paris and said to have seen lots of interesting cars, but only was able to get 2 pictures.
I expected Marussia, Gumpert, etc.. but look at the end what came home.

First a common car :) Porsche 911 in Black:

Citroen with people out of it = class, and the left behind Elise is amazing...

Also, wtf with your hands Rue? hahaha I can't believe you've gone trough another Camera already. Get a Xs20 and be done with it man. amazing stock R34 and Audi TT there.

Opel GT:tup:

Can you elaborate on this.

I like the look and the colours in this one.
But the concept, copy an American sporty car (Pontiac Soltice/Saturn Sky), to create yet another high mounted Front Engine, overweight small cabrio, is not too genius.
However when I read the test results in AutoBild (comparison with Mini S, Golf GTI, BMW Z4, Mazda MX5) I was surprised how good it actually is.
On top of that you find a lot of them here, second had and not too expensive (17k€) for 194Kw: http://www.luxauto.lu/fr/details-351210-Opel-GT.html

P.S.: Clearly I liked the "Lotus Elise" Opel Speedster better, but it might attract another public.

=================

left behind Elise is amazing

I had the impression last year it was more used for circuit, saw some race sticker and number on it once last year if I remember correctly. Hopefully they will take the dust off and do that again this year.

Sure is shame that someone would abandon a perfectly good Lotus Elise. I also quite like the Martini striped 911 Turbo.

I bet it has a blown head gasket. Probably saving his pennies for a Honda or Audi engine swap.

Yep, work's the same way. I regret putting down I can work all hours on Friday now.....
