Not a Hemi Cuda but what seems to be a Cuda AAR, a 340-small-block with three carburetors-powered version that only appeared in 1970 and had track suspension components, improved brakes and such stuff, it was meant to homologate the Cuda for Trans Am racing. The all-black hood area and those side stripes are AAR-specific... altough it might be a clone, as they are incredibly, absurdly rare. If it is an original AAR, it might very well be one of the rarest car's you'll come across in Mumbai. Nice spot even ifd it is a clone, 1970 Cudas and Barracudas are the most sought-after models.

Went to see a movie with some friends today, and saw a HEMI CUDA parked at a petrol pump with some other classic cars on the way. we where told not to take pictures but i managed to quickly snap this one:

Sorry for the very rubbish picture. but this is one of the awesomest cars i've seen in Mumbai. i still can't believe i was actually standing next to it a few hours ago.

Nice spot on the '70 Cuda 👍 Very unlikely that it is a hemi version. The hood gives it away. The hemi Cuda's used whats called a shaker hood, while the AAR had it's own variation of a hood utilizing just a single scoop, located in the center of the hood,The hood on the one pictured is that of a standard 340 equipped Cuda.It is wearing AAR stripes, but at the same time it is lacking the AAR chin spoilers that were originally located on the left and right front corners where the lower valance panel meets up with the fenders. My guess is it's a put-it-together car with whatever parts you can find.

Nice Cano, agreed 👍 I'm with you - clone. AAR's and Hemi Cuda's are extremely and absurdly rare. As I mentioned above,I'm willing to bet it's a put me together car.

None the less,it's a '70 model Cuda and it is still a nice rare car, reguardless of what lies under the hood.

I saw a Hemi Cuda at work a few days ago too. It's pretty wild for two to show up close together, although your's is much cooler. Will post pics later.

Ok, this will be a super dooper long post from me. And it took me forever to add the watermarks, since the new version of the Photoshop online editor is terrible and has alot of bugs. I have spots from four different days. So hold on to your hats and here we go!

TODAY

My first day back at College, and I was welcomed back by this stunning 996 GT3! I've never seen it here before:
DSC02209.jpg

That's it!

I don't know. It has the whole GT3 kit on it, including a GT3 badge. And the GT3 did have those style head lights. The front bumper is different though.
gt3_1.jpg

If you're right, then I was fooled!

Now that you brought that up. Those are German plates on that GT3. And there not the ones that you can get here with the "TX" at the beginning, those are the real deal!

Well...not really. It's a R350 with a Brabus tag and some other superficial addenda. (Yes, thank you Captain Obvious!)

The GT3 RS, though...oh, that RS....

You can buy both the kit and the plates anywhere (well, relatively speaking). I hardly think anyone who spent the extra money on a GT3 and brought it to the US would put on those awful wheels and an aftermarket GT2 front bumper. It's not impossible, it just goes against the law of averages.

How about this? If I see the guy any time this week, I'll ask him. That will settle it.

You guys are probably right though, I'll say that.

Great post astrodude!

No pic to prove it... but went on vacation to Victoria BC (Canada) and saw a red Mercedes AMG SLS in the mountains. Bad-a$$!

Great post astrosdude!

Thanks! Don't forget the s!;)

Eric, fantastic spots. It seems we all have our jobs here in this thread! You bring the Muscle, Test mules, and Chevy Volt's. The Hong Kong boys bring the cool tuner cars. And I bring the exotic sport and luxary cars. Then everybody else brings everything in between!

Also, I really do hope that the Superbird is just a replica, cause it's rather depressing to see a $100,000+ car damaged like that.:(

Edit: Wow, new page already!?

Since astrosdude had to go onto the next page, I'm moving mine here :sly:.

Some from my dad over the last week.

And I don't understand why people take the spoilers off of Evo's. Then it just looks like a regular Lancer.

Well, astrosdude91 ( :D ) that's the beauty of it! Sleeper FTW! And I love that the 440 took up 4 spots... exactly what I'd do too!

WHAT THE "!#$%/)!!!!!!!

Look dude, the 440 Road Runner and the Super Bird (real, btw) were rare enough. I mean, come on, a wing car. But sighting a Hemi 'Cuda on a Home Depot is like hitting us all with a bate. I mean, COME ON. Who in heck goes to the HD on a freaking Sub-Lime, Shaker-hooded, Go-Winged, Hockey-Sticked, Tuff-wheeled, vynil-topped, bucket-seated Hemi 'Cuda???

And it seems to be REAL. As in REAL-REAL. Or an incredibly well done clone. One of the best spots in the thread. Mopar post. yeah.

Can I have big pics of those three?

you're on fire, bud.

Yea, Home Depot has a wide array of cars that show up, the Super Bird was McDonalds, random too. The 'Cuda came up later in the night and had some returns and came out about 10 minutes and left, same with the 440. The 440 is a regular customer that's about the 5th time I've seen him show up.

Here's the large pictures.

And a few from today.

now that I have downloaded the 'Cuda picture I have my doubts. The Hemi emblem on the shaker scoop is not correct, which makes me believe that it is a clone. Nevertheless, an indredibly well made clone!!!
