Damn Dac, looks like you found a great overpass to stand on and just wait for awesome cars to come to you. There is no place like that within 500 miles of me at least!

a Porsche I don't remember seeing before, a 968 I believe

Delorean, been a long time!

and then, I'm like, OMG, an SVX! Looks like hell, but still, it's the first one I've ever seen!

But, before I can get back in the truck, I realize I've just stumbled upon the Ohio SVX meetup spot, because 5 parking spots further up here's another, much nicer one!

What started as a slow day had turned rather interesting!

Final capture, Z car

So, I was pretty happy with the day as I was getting back close to the farm, and then the whole day went to **** when I missed the big fish passing at 55mph... Arrgghh! Some 50's Porsche roadster racer with super cool decals all over like something unique and special. Foo! Okay, just checked, it was a 356 of course, and I've already captured one here so I guess it's no big deal, but man it looked cool going by.

Paul, I was there that day and I was standing a few bridges further towards Central than you. I have pics of exactly the same cars including the Western guys in the Porker...

Nice SVX Jeff, always wanted to try one of them out.

Great spottings! Another small correction, that Porsche "968" is actually the 944. ^_^;;; Like the Delorean and the SVX. For some reason the SVX has been pretty controversial in it's styling. Some saying it's one of the ugliest cars, but I do like how different it is. Found one on craigslist in my state, so tempted to....possibly look into it.

Found these yesterday:

Datsun 280ZX

VW Kombi (Type 2):

As I said before, I have many more in my phone, but I can't them up just yet.

P.S.: Viva Mexico.

(In news anchorman voice) This photo was taken of the suspect just minutes before agents arrived and seized a sizable amount of illegal substances.

Sweet 2002!

This post is a mixed bag...

M3, the last that I'll post here unless I come across one that's exceptional. I'd never seen any M's until recently, but now it's over a dozen M3's, and three today... now I'll have to work on finding an M5 or an M1 (do that have an M1?) Oh yeah, Ferrari in the background, but I posted that car previously. Still nice to see it.

Almost home, I was turning a corner and caught something that looked like a convertible Beetle out of the corner of my eye. Did a double-take, no, that's not a Beetle, have no idea what it is, better go see. '51 Crosley Super Sport!

Amiable owner comes out (as I'm in his drive) and as we chat I notice a couple more in his garage. Nash Metro:

And a '27 Model T, with half it's owner:

Finally, Caliente, needing some TLC:

PS, for bonus points, what kind of vehicle do I drive? Notice the mud on my tires? Yeah, I'm a farmer, and it's been raining for weeks, my field's a mudpit. Arrgghh!!!

Brilliant pick n mix as usual Jeff! What's the betting that's the first and last time we see a Crosley Super Sport in this thread?!

IcyJ, great find! Got all excited at first but looking at the body-kit more closely it seems a bit odd. The flares are fine by me but I don't like the fibreglass skirts. Wheel arches look like this...

Tell us you took more pics...

I feel almost embarrassed to post such a mundane car in a 993 Cab. but should give the post some content...

Great post Goddin! That guy sure has a stash, the Crosley is very very rare. Also, that 2002 is very awesome, though I concur with Rue, those sideskirts look way off.

Btw, like the plate on the M3 Bimmer Jeff. Didn't catch a look at the driver did you...?

Now, here's something you don't see often (excuse the stupidly high-exposure). A luxury Japanese mini-van in matte grey, with leather quilted panels, AP-racing brakes and a pink interior. All wrapped up in a Spiderman theme. I like it...

... sue me.

Is it possible to keep your car too clean?

Few more while I'm at it. Too much post-pro? Snapped them out of the front window of a very bouncy bus.

Its because it has arguably one of the greatest profiles on a production vehicle ever. During its time, I think it was the lowest, and widest production car.
