I MUST sort out my manual gears, as tight tracks have to be more tidy and quicker when you have that extra control.

Anyway, looking forward to your future races.

You are right about going manual as I did it against the AI in quick mode.

Unfortunately unless there's a way to control that online, it'll always be slower. Even if one don't use the clutch and keep it sequential, taking the hand off the wheel is a very good way to loose even more time against these two

It's fun as hell tho and add another level of challenge.

Ps: anything is better than watching F1 nowadays I used to love it...

no to compete mate, there are battles all over the place in this championship and it also gets very heated sometimes, im not kidden its as if it real, you dont have to be fast to win, i proved that last night, am i right steve, steves car is around 1.5 secs faster than mine, drive hard mate, get a PS3:tup:👍

0:59 hondy passes rom,
flx gets pen 1:38
lap 2 2:40 hondy spins and flx gets back passed
lap 3:00 hondy starts the overtake on flx i take 4 corners to get it done hard man to pass
lap 3 steve spins and i get the red mist due to my spin and the buzz of a class over take on FLX and start booting the crap out of the car if only i did the times below in the TT

Oh my, what a race! I still hate myself for throwing away third place like that... 3 stupid mistakes is 2 too many! Once again brilliant move hondy, but you can also see my hard but great maneuver against rommie in the 1st curve! That and the fact you can see a miserable Aston in the rearview of that GT for almost all of Lap 3/5 makes my stupidity a bit less painful. Now excuse me as I m off to go buy myself some consistency...

i have been thinking about the S3 race next week, i feel doing the race in this way makes cheating posible, i mean i can put the engine in and drive slower for example would it not be better just to race the car in C class that way there is no way of cheating??????????

I dont really understand the problem y all have. I told you which upgrades to use, like in the legends league. All upgrades except engine swap and works conversion, thats it. We ll all use the same car except for tuning, so why should there be cheating... huh?! Am I missing something?

Not every people is created equal, not even identical twins Although I trust everyone to be fair in this championship, I must confess I was naive in this particular issue since I just assume our word is good for it. I'm not ashamed to believe in trust.

I also participated in the WTC from Terronium-12 (know better for his tunes I guess) which is based on trust and no problems were ever encounter after similar issues were raised.

Anyway, whatever you guys decide is fine by me since its a good car/track combo. Just don't let me run that car stock or a lap will take an eternity

I now use the Nissan GT-R (R35) with V8 conversion as B-class weapon of choice online.

That is one stupidly fast car, and handles too.

hondy, we did the whole legends league based on this principle of equal cars and never did anybody cheat to my knowledge. If one of us pack rats starts to be 3 seconds quicker than you, steve or ussr we might have our first suspicious case but I doubt that will happen with us lot. I trust y all enough to know that you want some FAIR and FUN racing, not just the points.

all im saying is why put the temptation there???? the other reason is if this is the way that it can be, i realy like cars with lots of power and no traction with this rule i can pick a upgrade package that no one can drive, is that fair???? or am i the only one thinking this???????

That V8 grumble will be very noticeable even at low RPMs. Anyone can get caught here. And I don't think anyone would want to bore themselves in this 5 lap race. We all want to be a part of this for a reason. Clean, fair racing:tup:.

you would tihink so tex however as a test i did it 1st to see if it could be done, i raced steve and he had no idea, he couldnt hear the v8,

mmmm....this cheating bussiness is really a non-issue. If we find you cheating in any way you will be kicked out. Plain and simple. As FLX, Rom and Tex have said we have never had an issue of mistrust or cheating between us. That has been the basis of our racing ever since we started our leagues.

FLX's choice and upgrades stand for the open race on Sunday. Hope you all have the legends DLC because the GT1 race is..................Circuit: Rouen GP (1966)

The whole point is to have some fun and something to look forward to do on a weekend. To me it's not all about points and winning. In all the leagues I organised, I have not won a single race! Am I bothered? If I was I would not be here. Yeah we are all competive and would like to shine, but to me that is not the beginning and the end of it all. I am here to have fun and race with friends. Friends don't cheat or choose impossible combinations of cars and tracks. If thats what you want to do, then DieHards is not for you. Enough said okay

Good news is that lrn2swm is not leaving us. He will be back racing PushRod and DieHards 👍

Honestly, I don't see why one can't drive a car based on upgrades.

I'm always handicapped by poor tuning (done by yours truly) and that is a disadvantage.

Even today you had proof of this. Tuning was the difference between being 1m behind and almost finish the race (i would've if I didn't FUP last corner )

zee if i put a vid up b4 you guys race off a 5 min tt on the tracks for that weeks would you allow it to count on the day, just that way i will still be able to give you guy a run mid table this way i may only loose 100 pionts not 150 and you guy get the target time days b4 the race???? let me know

if i was not here for the fun why would i bother????? i love the challenge and was only asking why it could be done this time, and as for picking cars that peeps cant drive i was never going to do that was only puting a point across that this rule allow some guy to do so,

i.e. i class my mk1 as the most fun in the game, everyone has seen the vids it looks fun but would you like to drive it?????
