Actually hondy and steve, there is a big plus to same upgrades for everyone: It will be much closer than letting everybody pick different upgrades. Like in good ol Clio Cup etc races! And in the legends league it was brilliant fun that way, imho much more fun than with just saying C-Class and letting everybody do their own upgrades.

I'm still a bit dazzled how you guys can come up with such cool personalized paint jobs in so little time.
I also lack the imagination to do it
PS: hondy, I loved to drive your car... I just can't do it after I drove mine without a warning. I remember doing some viper events before the patch so it can't be worse

Zeeco_9The whole point is to have some fun and something to look forward to do on a weekend. To me it's not all about points and winning. In all the leagues I organised, I have not won a single race! Am I bothered? If I was I would not be here. Yeah we are all competive and would like to shine, but to me that is not the beginning and the end of it all. I am here to have fun and race with friends. Friends don't cheat or choose impossible combinations of cars and tracks. If thats what you want to do, then DieHards is not for you. Enough said okay
Good news is that lrn2swm is not leaving us. He will be back racing PushRod and DieHards 👍
Am I right in saying NEWDRIVER2 is joining us? If so welcome mate, and I hope you enjoy racing with us 👍

Thanks to you body .sure i will enjoy driving wz great racers thanks again. Iam still new here and iam still i dont know how to tuning cars well but i know that i can drive and i can drift very good

Hondy one qestion. Why do you cut corners? Don't you think it's a bit unfair to other players??
I'm sorry i could not be there with you last Sunday but this is what happens to me. And i don't think i can gather all the money and cars for future races. I think i just quit and sold my shift 2 copy.
And one thing that is necessary to say. Zeeco big pile of thanks for you my friend for organizing those events 👍 👍 I think I'm leaving Shift 2 i guess, but new guys should bring some freshness into all on-line meetings 👍

1st thing how many pens did i get????? racing is about pushing the boundaries to the max without getting pens, witch i do, like your hero senna did, if i cut i would have had a pen for it, now i have a dummy here spare if you need it???
infacted what about your last corner at spa in the vayron??????? is that not the same thing??????

I don't have two accounts, I've never wimped out because i do not have to, proven so many times. In fact you are right, you never got any penalties for cutting those last two green areas which you should. That was i referring to. You kind of deliberately go off the right path i think. That it's one question i wanted to ask. Why you did cut that corner. And your answer is rather unexpected but i guess satisfying. Pushing boundaries to the limit. OK then. I just do things different up to a point when i discover that is widely accepted.
It's way much different to being fair against other players when you race them and you make mistake. On one lap you can make mistake and go off the track but to repeat the same way it's being consistent. Comparing SPA in entire track to your one maneuver does not prove your point. That is clean lap, no cutting corners like going way beyond the track it's self.
What impressed and i think enchanted me the most in your and steve driving is that when i watch your lap i can see messy lines and i know you don't have total control over your car. Thats nervous and adrenaline 👍 but still somehow you've manage to achieve amazing lap times. 👍 That's something I've never would think it's possible. I tried to be as smooth and clean as possible, like Apollo Lap and McLaren. Sometimes it's pays off, sometimes doesn't when i see your drive.
ps. last corner is not e brake. With the hand on my heart i've never used that brake in Shift 2. That's just natural slide caused by Veyron 4x4 drive. Before i did entire lap i practice with Apollo. It was rear wheel drive. But to achieve right speed with Veyron i could only try to repeat / emulate / copy the same racing line from previous car. Believe me, it was not easy some time, and on last corner 1. I'd hit brake hard, 2. down-shift aggressively, 3. push wheel right and when i feel that car is going (i can't believe I'm actually going to write that) sideway i push the throttle and add some opposite lock to maintain slide. That's natural 4x4 reaction In small way similar to rear wheel drive cars.

Yeah I am getting freezes doing online TT's as well, so folks this track is not going to work. Sorry, but let us rather change now, than finding out on Sunday that it is a mess. Apologies to the guys having tuned and practice so far
