Difficulty, Am I the only one ?

First off im loving this new installment , really like the new menus and the overall feel & play but I really wish they would incorporate a difficulty slider.

Even with the start car on comfort softs and only 350pp I still wiped the floor with the AI , I'm so hoping the AI get more competitive as the game progresses , the biggest let down for me with GT5 was the weak AI I was hoping this would of been addressed in GT6 , maybe it has and its only early days but a difficulty slider would really improve the experience for a lot of player's I think .

Difficulty slider only affects Arcade mode, in the Options you have 1-10 and then in AM itself you can select 3 levels of aggressiveness - I think Professional being the best.

In A-Spec the AI does get better as you progress through the tiers, Novice being a walk in the park for most people, but some people even at B tier have noticed some intense AI. So it does get better, and look forward to 16 cars on track in International A events as well.

Just done a few laps in arcade mode on apricot hill man I've missed that track, I set AI on pro and used my Academy ST focus ( stock ) and came in 4th loved it no easy win.

I'm just finding using the GTR absolutely abysmal... It seems they've really messed up some of the handling from the last game :/

I thought just the opposite, this time round you've really got to be careful with your throttle input and feather the brakes , I run with no assists except abs & tc set to one and im loving the challenge, its now feeling like a true sim.

TC... That could have been the problem, I forgot you need to turn it off for every car individually -.-
