There not my type of vehicles I'll drive in ANY rally game. There, IMO, boring. RX, however, is where it's at.

I reeeeeeally don't want to argue, not my thing either btw.

Wasn't arguing, just asked.

RX cars are A-ok in my books. I always thought the 600 HP rally cars in D3 were amazing, and too bad you couldn't just pick them up and race them on any rally stage you felt like.

Now Codies is talking!

Pretty sure there wasn't any 600 bhp rally cars in dirt 3, do you mean the gymkhana fiesta?

Soooo....we have a tweet.....and people are getting exicited.

OK, so it's gonna have rallycross, like the rest of the series. Focus was already more on RX in DiRT 3, considering the buggies and trucks were cut down to single vehicle classes. Considering I don't have the capacity to download any other rally game, because apparently it's too risky to sell them this far into the US, the DiRT series is my rally option. RX is cool and all, but if there was ever a series that handed itself to CM on a gold platter it's RX. Heats are short, courses aren't overly complex or long, and everything is controlled. Heck, our World Rallycross not only exist because of the X-games, which you'll recall many petty complaints, but it's as close to DiRT 3 as anything we've seen.

Forgive me for not sharing the optimism, I love the series but CM has burned me too many time since D3.

I want

RallyX with some cool RallyX courses
Rally with proper rally stages like in CMR3

That is all

Yeah, the Rallycross circuits in DIRT 3 were pretty lousy. The longer Aspen layouts weren't bad, but most of the short ones were terrible. I get that they wanted to break the player in slowly, but everything was geared towards power-sliding. And while power-sliding is fun, there's also a need for a bit of skill elsewhere.

Above everything else, I'd love to see them nail the physics.

A 60 fps Dirt game? Heaven! Wishful thinking though, I know...
I want CMR 3 with PS4 graphics :D. Loved that game. If they have realistic rally stages and some cool rallyX tracks.

And cars from:

1985-1987 Group B
1998 WRC
2007 WRC
2014 WRC
2014 RallyX

F1 2015 is aiming for 60FPS.

Cross your fingers.

Well, that's great. Unfortunately, I've completely lost interest in F1 as a motorsport.

I can't tell you how many times I've fantasized experiencing the CM games on a new gen console, cranking out 60 fps with realistic physics that reward skill and penalize the driver for making mistakes.

Really wish Codies would consider bringing back CM in some shape or form.

I'm probably the only one that wants this, but I'd like the Variety of Dirt 1 to return: Trophy Trucks (Pro 2, Pro 4), Dune Buggies, Dakar Vehicles, Hill climb (not just the same typical unlimited cars we already have in GT6 and Dirt 3) along with Rally and Rally cross. I really enjoyed driving that many diverse vehicles. And hell, give us ice racing while we're at it (Opel Tigra Anyone?).
