DLC Pack Idea

I have a feeling this is going to get merged with the "what 10 cars do you want" thread, but, this is a little different. Where as you come up with a pack and the ten cars in that pack.

Like I've come up with a Sport Truck Pack and Sport Wagon Pack idea.

But, I will start this out with the Cop Car Pack:
