GTP made me smarter, then dumber. Now I'm just indumfferent. Always been nice though.

I once read a thread in the drifting forum that made me kick the cat.

...by accident. Come on, I'm not that evil.

I was aiming for the dog. ;)

Just read my early posts and compare them to now. GTP has completely changed my forum/internet etiquette.

Nope. Had my fair share of heated discussions and arguments. Met some rather interesting personalities but overall it was a positive experience. Although what has improved is my racing and forum etiquette.

👍 👍 I'm sure you hate me. Yeah. :scared: :sly:

All of the fun races, they made you vicious and cruel.

I didn't see much of a change in how nice I am, but I did notice I became a bit more outgoing like Tom's situation, including GTP not being the sole proprietor of that trait. I also noticed I improved on my writing a tad more. But the largest change is my adoration of cars, so before I came here I didn't know a lot about cars other than common ricers. I believe I still don't have a huge grasp on the automotive world, but at least I've gained a bigger sense of how large that world is.

No. But it has improved my writing ability as I did not care for my English class in high school. I only improved because this forum is more interesting and fun than a English class. So typing here on this forum has really helped my grades in the English classes. It's hard to imagine adults in my dad's age(50's) knowing less about how to write properly in college but they are real. Though this I've forced myself to use full English wherever I am. Real life, internet, cell phones, and etc.

I'm not entirely sure that it's made me nicer. GTP has certainly fed my dry humour. I don't want to sound big-headed but I did have very good grammar before I joined this forum, and despite joining when I was at the tender age of 13 I had quite a lot of forum experience. I suppose that goes with having two forum moderators for parents! Granted, only one of them used the forum, and the other had no idea how to use a computer, but just knew how to keep people in shape. :P

GTP has definitely expanded my knowledge on cars. Compared to when I first joined, I know a lot more now about cars and racing then I already did. Guess That Car has been a main factor in learning about more of the rarer cars!

I call horrible lies!

  • Dry humour?
  • Not sure if GTP has made you nicer? What sort of hoonigan doesn't enjoy GTP?
  • Big-headed? But still nowhere near my orbital, Irish head.

I'm British. We are masters of dry humour and sarcasm.

I never said I didn't enjoy it, I only said it hasn't made me nicer. :sly:

I just didn't want to sound like I was a pompous going, "Oh, well, you see, one's grammar has always been far better than anyone else!"

It has...I think much more about things I say now...even in real life. Also, being understanding of other people who are from a different area of the world from me. So yes. Definitely.

GTP feeds my needs of motorsport (information, videos and photos). I don't really go to others boards for this since I feel home here... And the people here are pretty professional.. Not like the honda-tech board for example.. y0 dawg
