Do you want GT6 for both PS3+PS4

I really don't wanna spend a million bucks to buy a ps4 just for GT6. I really want GT6 for ps3. I know I can buy other games for a ps4 but Grand Turismo is the only thing I play I just love it. Another thing I'am aware that gt5 already is pushing the limits of the ps3.. so what, it can support a 4K tv why bother even more. What do you guys think. Another thing that came across my mind is will sony shutdown the playstation network for ps3?WHATS GONNA HAPPEN!

No it can't. It takes about 3 or 4 PS3's if I remember correctly.

Honestly I don't want it on the PS3.

I know it would save me alot of money, but the game is already on the edge of the system's capabilities. If they're going to make anything else for the PS3, it better just be DLC.

But hopefully they won't even do that. Hopefully it'll all be on the PS4 so they can focus on just the one version of the game and do everything they can to make sure this doesn't follow any of GT5's mistakes.

I agree if they do only release it for ps4 sony+PD are stupid, they have gone bananas. Millions of people have ps3's and play gt5. Many aren't ready to shell out god knows how much money for the damn thing. I bought my ps3 for $500 later spending $100 for repairs. I really don't want to spend more just for the damn game (I do still want GT6 not enough to spend my parent hard earned money). Im sure their are alot of people out their like me. I'm not a heavy gamer for anything else but gt5. Then again they'll probably make more money making it just for ps4 because some gt5 fans will do anything to play gt6 even if it means spending a lot of $$$.

I haven't really checked them out and news is coming out tomorrow...I would think the PS4 is still some time away ( year plus?), I have no idea. We know PD has a large number of tracks that we want and they don't seem to be interested in releasing as DLC. At this point I'm thinking there is a GT6 for PS3. A cleaned up version of GT5 with all premiums and all the tracks we've been asking for; tracks that have been used in previous versions. Release Gt6, we all spend another 55 dollars, a few more updates and a whole lot more fun to keep us going until PS4/GT7. And more money for PD. That would be my game plan.

Just noooooo. I believe sony will start the ps4 cost at about $700 the game maybe $80-$100. Just becuase its new. I don't want to wait knowing that GT6 is out their. I'll just be in my room watching tons of gameplay about Gt6 day dreaming if I should shell out that much cash. If it was my money I might do it. But then again that much money could be better used for college a new computer. Food I DONT KNOW. I hope is reasonably priced both the game and console.

That what I'd hope for truly. If they do that I'm fine with PD and sony. On the other hand a year plus for a PS4 I think they got plenty in development for the ps4.

Didn't PD hire and expand the operations shortly after releasing GT5? All they need to do to get everything done at the same time is employ more people. It's not a one man operation. The more people they use, the more they get done in less time and the more money they can make. Very simple.

I wish they would release GT6 also on PS3. Turn 10 has shown that it is possible to develop an astonishing, well-made and completed game on the current generetion. PS3 deserves its also. GT needs many improvements which can be done on PS3, so don't say that GT5 is already on the edge of PS3's capabilities, maybe in terms of graphics but surely not in aspect of gameplay.

I personally thing GT6 will be a PS4 game as it should be. To be harsh Sony and Polyphony won't care if you spent several hundred pounds/doiiars on your PS3, they are not a charity. They are in business to make money, reports suggest a lower initial price point for the PS4 anyway. I bought my PS3 on launch day and paid £425 for it and the old fat girl is still going strong. I consider it money well spent. If the new console is going to be £300 as reported I'll not think twice about buying it.

Maybe GT5 will continue to get support via DLC, it probably will initially but as the PS4 takes off I think it will slowly die. Some people may not be happy about that but unfortunately that's the way of the world in business.

Compare Batman Arkham City with the PS3 version and there is a huge difference.
I tried the demos of both Batman games and I bought both versions on PC.

PS3 exclusives looks good yes but still you forget that those games are running at 30FPS and only 720p.

The day you see games running at 1080p, 60+FPS with better textures and details overall...most of multi-platform games in resume...You´ll understand why most of us want GT6 on the PS4.

Also you forget about other stuff...but having better hardware we can have more cars on track, not just better graphics.

The question is, Do you want to play GT5 again but with other name and same limitations or a true far better experience?

I know some people think that the game just needs more features but you can´t make a sequel being or looking the same as the previous game...because that´s what happens if GT6 will be released on the PS3.

Don´t think with the money...think in possibilities.

Won't happen - even if it's technically possible (which I doubt it is), it makes no marketing sense for Sony to make GT6 available on the PS3. The point is, to make games exclusive to a new platform to compel people to buy the new console and drive sales.

All are you talking about are graphics, framerate, resolution and itp. GT5 is a disappointment mainly in gameplay. Look at Forza, there are many features, ideas which could also have been implemented into GT5 but they haven't. It resulted in many wasted and overlooked opportunities. Even numerous updates have not brought any bigger improvement. I'm affraid the same will happen to GT6. Making this game better requires changing the way of PD's thinking not only a new hardware.

So they could have expanded their team or started outsourcing.

About an overlooked ideas. One example: seasonals and races in A-Spec. There are a huge shortage of races in A-spec in comparison to Forza, GT4, GT2. Many cars are useless without designated events. So instead of creating completele new events they were putting the same events (on different tracks and with PP limits) again and again in the seasonals throughtout the whole year and longer. They could have filled this gap but they took the easiest way.

I want this for PS4 ONLY and I want it finished. All cars premium! Otherwise there is no way I will be buying it. Not that I have to worry about it, GT6 wont release for several more years at the soonest.
