Very enjoyable show I thought with not a bad match on the card.

Cody v Rollins opener was excellent and perhaps better than their Mania match, Edge v AJ was really good and Rhea joining Judgement Day is a good move, Charlotte/Ronda match was far better than their Mania match and I am quite excited about Rousey as new champ. Moss/Corbin and Lashley/Omos were okay and the six man tag main event was a lot of fun.

I think Charlotte dropped the title and the injury angle is way to keep off TV so her and Andrade can get married. Dave Melzer has reported that Roman Reigns has signed a new deal with WWE that has fewer dates and a lighter schedule.

Good for Reigns, however this leaves a massive hole open since he's the one with a major championship. Is Raw just going to have nothing going on for it until the titles finally split apart again...

Roman Reigns won't work any TV tapings or live events in July and August, he is only advertised for Money In The Bank and Summerslam.

Alexa Bliss returned to Raw last night and beat Sonya Deville in less than a minute, she looked genuinely happy to be back. There were three DQ finishes (really!) and Rollins is not done with Cody as he stomped him into the announce table.

Steel cage match between Lashley and Omos is set for next week.

By beating Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, Roman Reigns has absorbed his good schedule powers.
I remember last year when (in storyline) Daniel talks about how Paul Heyman got Roman Reigns on the "Brock contract".

It does make me hope Reigns drops the titles (or a title) soon, maybe after Summerslam. I need something new in the main picture. However if Reigns having no Storyline appearances for July, that makes writing stories extremely challenging

The tag team unification match is now set for Smackdown next week, don't be surprised if it doesn't happen as they canned it once!

So some big news coming out of WWE last night, apparently Sasha Banks and Naomi walked out of Raw before the show started.

WWE have actually put of a statement on this stating that they walked into John Laurinitis's office with their suitcases, gave him the tag titles and walked out! Its been reported that they feel disrespected with the creative and their placing on the shows, they were both scheduled to compete in a six-pack main event which was a number one contenders match for Belair's women's title...and apparently the original plan was for Naomi to win.

I do have some respect for them for knowing their worth and standing their ground but the cynicism in me says that this is a work, WWE put out that statement pretty quickly.

Asuka beat Becky Lynch in the re-scheduled main event and will face Belair for the title at HIAC, Rollins v Rhodes III inside hell in a cell has also been made after Rollins accepted Rhodes's challenge.

If Banks/Naomi walking out is a work, then the attention to detail (complete with the WWE press release completely disregarding kayfabe in regards to rehearsals) is great.

A lot of news, reaction and rumours regarding what happened last night with Sasha and Naomi. Here's what we know.

They walked out of WWE Raw TV taping in Norfolk Virginia last night, after both women became frustrated over the creative direction of their tag team. The original plan was for Naomi to win the six-pack challenge match in the main event of the show and would have then gone on to face Bianca Belair for the Raw women's championship at HIAC in a few weeks. That would have led to Naomi losing. Also it turns out that Sasha Banks was originally due to face Ronda Rousey at the same show and also planned to lose. So both WWE women's tag champs were set to lose at the same show...

When they both arrived at RAW they weren't happy about the plans and Banks demanded a meeting with Vince, which she received. Both Vince and Sasha refused to budge, which led to Banks leaving the meeting unhappy.

A few other pitches and ideas were brought forward and all were nixed, just prior to Raw going live Banks and Naomi were told that the six-pack challenge idea was going ahead and the two women went into John Laurinatis' office and placed the tag titles on his desk...then left the building, Vince was in the gorilla position when he was told that they had left.

Its hard to know what the repercussions of this will be, Vince was understandably not happy and fed lines the the Raw commentary team about the situation all night. Sasha has kicked off about her creative before as you may remember a few Wrestlemaina's back when she had Bayley lost the tag titles to the Iconics. They is a lot of backstage heat on Sasha right now, but as of now they are both still employed by the company....however as we all know that could change easily!

If this is somehow just an angle trying to look real. Then kudos but yeah, Sasha Banks has a lot of pride as seen from the Wrestlemania experience and WWE well, isn't treating anyone except like 8 wrestlers properly

in term of the rescheduling of the show Becky Lynch came up with the idea of a backstage segment where Adam Pearce was on his phone and Becky came up to him to say that Sasha and Naomi had just left and where does that leave the main event, that segment actually happened and when Becky said that that Sasha and Naomi had left I was like 'Hang on what?!'

It's Wednesday night, and you know what that means!

When AEW Dynamite started tonight, I saw someone who seemed familiar. Making his AEW debut is Johnny Elite. Who is Johnny Elite? Well, remember a guy in WWE named... John Morrison? That be him, mates. John Morrison is now All-Elite and under a new name. He made his debut against big, bad, Samoa Joe.

Enjoy AEW Dynamite tonight!

Smackdown kinda tanked, hate to say. And they basically stripped the titles from Banks and Naomi and going for a tournament to crown a new team.

This unification thing already grew stale after a while. I think RAW is the good show now, and not just because of Cody...

Don't think it's a work anymore, given that Michael Cole basically slammed them.

Don't even know how a Womens Tag Team Tournament is going to happen without NXT superstars entering  but they have their own neglected Women Tag Titles

Naomi and Sasha Banks have been indefinitely suspended, stripped of the titles, they have been slammed on air and their merchandise has been pulled from WWE Shop.

I'm on the fence about this and can see both sides of the argument, they were advertised and contract obliged to be there and walking out is unprofessional, however if they were being messed around either creatively or any other way then I don't blame them if they had enough and walked out.

What's you guys thought on this??

For Sasha Banks, someone brought up in 2020 that **** show of an angle with Bayley where she was involved with having the Tag Titles buried for the sake of the singles titles but she was actually booked to look good there and she was totally OK with it because she wasn't on the losing the end. So it really could be a personal bias from Banks. It's a bit more understandable from Noami perspective.

Honestly does seem like the Women's Tag Team Championships were a mistake to have. The 24/7 Championship has more direction and prestige than these and I think the Iconics was the only good run with the titles. Good concept for the Women to have their own Tag Team titles but WWE clearly only cared about the publicity and not the work that came from creating another Championship.

Lashley v Omos and Kevin Owens v Ezekiel has been added to the HIAC PLE which is next Sunday, Becky Lynch has been added to the Raw women's title match making it a triple threat after beating Asuka last night in a good match but had a weak finish.

Riddle started the show off with a great promo about how he will get vengeance on The Bloodline after the beating he and Randy took after the tag title match on Smackdown, he then got the win in a six man tag match, Orton wasn't on the show, neither was Balor or Theory.

The Sasha/Naomi situation was mentioned once when Corey mentioned it at the start of the Bliss/Nikki ASH match, Nikki and Doudrop were scheduled to take part in that six pack challenge which didn't happen.

Money In The Bank has been moved to a smaller venue, it was a stadium show and to be held at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas but will now take place at the MGM Grand arena also in Vegas, I think ticket sales for the stadium were fairly slow. This does change whether or not Roman Reigns will be there though as he was only up for doing the stadium show.

Seemed to have screwed Ticket Buyers over however. The new venue has less seats than the number ordered from the old one.

This will make 3 PPVs in a row without Roman Reigns since he isn't scheduled for Hell in a Cell. I really just want to take the title off him and be done with this way too drawn out storyline now.

I'm watching a match between Chris Jericho, Rey Mysterio, and Kurt Angle. This is one of the old classic matches back from 2005-2010. I have a DVD player so I buy certain WWE moments/matches on Blu-ray disc.

I've heard of Sasha Banks. She's cool I guess.

MJF no showed a meet and greet and now panic about him potentially no showing Double or Nothing and walking out of AEW.

However, MJF lives and breathes kayfabe to the point he has an in character rivalry with his parents. So it's really hard to tell if this is a work or he is genuinely mad at AEW

There has been a lot of talk and reaction to MJF's no show on social media and the like, so if this is work then its done its job! Definitely worth keeping an eye on.
