So I enjoyed Raw last night, the Slammy edition is always interesting, most of the winners are deserving of their awards but the biggest no-no was Roman Reigns winning Superstar of the year (yeah I'm not kidding!) but the card for TLC (and stairs!) looks done, I think they have seven matches for that compared to five at Survivor Series..

NXT PPV Revolution was last night, Fergal 'Prince' Devitt and Kevin Steen debuted, Steen turned heel on Sami Zayn, and he wrestling name is Kevin Owens..

So Tables Ladders and Chairs (and Stairs) is on tonight, here is the card

United States Championship
Rusev (c) v Jack Swagger

Divas Championship
Nikki Bella (c) v AJ Lee

A New Day v Gold and Stardust

Ladder Match-Intercontinental Championship
Luke Harper (c) v Dolph Ziggler

Tag Team Championship
The Miz and Damien Mizdow (c) v The Usos

Stairs Match
Big Show v Erick Rowan

Chairs Match
Kane v Ryback

Tables Ladders and Chairs Match
Dean Ambrose v Bray Wyatt

Tables Match
John Cena v Seth Rollins
If Cena loses he is no longer number 1 contender for the world title

Card looks a lot better than Survivor Series IMO, nine matches in total, one is the Kick-off show match, no idea which...

Well. TLC is over. Pretty good show. Dolph Ziggler vs. Luke Harper and Dean Ambrose vs. Bray Wyatt were both amazing matches. Those two matches alone were worth the price of the PPV by themselves.

I won't spoil to much but,

Roman Reigns is back.

I enjoyed it last night, some good matches with Ziggler v Harper being the match of the night for me, they absolutely took each other apart in that one with both guys covered in marks, welts and cuts and I winced when Harper rang out of the ring head first in to the ladder and the fell on to it right arm first, that had to hurt!

The US Title match was pointless and they could've had it on Raw, its no wonder AJ wants to leave when they keep having her lose to tripe like the Bellas every time, it was good that the TLC match was main event but the finish was rubbish...

Enjoyed Raw last night with the return of someone after a four month absence (not going to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it but you can probably guess who it is!), the main event was great and WAY better than the match they had at TLC, interesting that Jericho was guest GM as I thought they brought back the anonymous Raw GM, seem like they are going for a different GM every week I guess, also looks like Rusev's next feud will be with Ryback..

Few bits of news..

Kevin Nash was arrested on Christmas Eve for Battery after a fight with his son at home, he was released Christmas morning.

Randy Orton is back...sort of, he took part in the main event of a house show on Friday but there are reports that he got himself injured and was pulled from another appearance last night, no word on if he is actually injured or if he will appear on Raw tomorrow night.

Bray Wyatt won the recent feud with Dean Ambrose because they want him to have momentum ahead of a possible match against the Undertaker at WM31, which is what they are going for right now....

Edge and Christian running Raw and Smackdown this week....

Err, Daniel Bryan just tweeted this..

'Everyone comes to a crossroads in their life and I've come to mine. I look forward to telling you about it tonight on #Raw.'

That doesn't sound good to me, i'm now a bit worried that its another setback in his recovery, I hope not...

A very newsworthy Raw to end 2014 last night, here's the news, If you haven't seen Raw yet I strongly suggest you ignore this...

Perhaps the main headline is that The Authority are back, this is after Seth Rollins threatened to 'paralyze' Edge by Kerb-stomping him into the MITB case unless Cena brought them back, which he did after some to-in and fro-ing, Triple H and Steph came out at the end of the show, not sure whether they are actually back or not..

Hot on the heals of that news was Daniel Bryans announcement, he tweeted yesterday that he was at a crossroads and will announce his decision on Raw, so he came out got a amazing reaction from the crowd, mentioned what a year he has had, headlining WM30, winning the title and marrying Brie Bella in the same week then he dad dying two weeks later and picking up the injury that has seen him out ever since, he then went on to say that none of the doctors he has seen have any answers about the injury and why he isn't back yet and at that point he was getting a bit upset and welling up, now at this point I guess everyone thought he was going to retire......but then he said he WONT retire, he is ready to fight and will be in the Royal Rumble, he had everyone fooled into thinking he was gone...including me!!

New Tag Team Champions!, The Uso's beat Miz and Mizdow to win the titles for a second time in a really good match, a bit surprising to see Miz and Mizdow drop the titles though, but I like the Uso's so I don't really mind....

After that match The Miz and Mizdow demanded a re-match on the same show to hosts Edge and Christian, who said they wont have one but will have another match later on in the show, their opponents were The Ascension who were making their debuts after making the jump from NXT, unfortunately they were pretty bad, the Road Warriors type get up they had on were very dated and they didn't look that great in the ring, they did win pretty quickly but the crowd were silent throughout....

Bad News Barrett returned to beat Cesaro...

Randy Orton also returned, but only after Raw went off the air to take part in a dark match with Seth Rollins

Ryback gave a promo about his life before Wrestling and how he decided to become a wrestler and things like that, he was good on the Mic I thought and it was well delivered, he did mention how he eats negative comments to turn them into positives, a little to what CM Punk said about him perhaps?...

Some big TNA news this week, Kurt Angle has re-signed and they have also got other wrestlers on new contracts like Abyss, Jesse Godderz, Madison Rayne, Ken Anderson and Ethan Cater, its going to be a big couple of weeks for the company as they get ready for they're debut on Destination America on the 16th...

Just when everybody was about to rule out TNA's future, they surprise you. I'm quite glad that WWE has some competition. Now if TNA would just make a better product.

They already have the main event for the debut too, its Roode v Lashley III for the World Title, if you didn't see the other two the first was a fantastic match which Lashley won but the second Roode won to lift the title and still holds it, match wasn't as good as the first though, I like Bobby Roode a lot, think he is a great wrestler..

Bobby Roode is a great wrestler. Austin Ares is as well. They have some great talent. Abyss is another that comes to mind. But they just don't have great stories. You can have great wrestlers, but stories are at least half of the reason why people watch.

No surprise that Kurt has re-signed either, I think he was always going to do that as he is very happy there and likes the lighter schedule that they have compared to WWE, he is also well liked and respected behind the scenes and is somewhat of a 'locker room leader', I know there was a lot of speculation about him re joining WWE but there was no doubt in my mind that he was going to re-sign, hope he is back wrestling though as he has wrestled since mid summer after having that knee surgery...

Rumor has it that Kurt has a job as a NXT trainer waiting for him after he does choose to retire.

WWE Network coming to the UK and Ireland on the 19th January, apparently. Announced on wwe.com, what's the betting it'll be delayed yet again?

Looks like there is no free month like the US got....and will probably be delayed again...

Well Sky upped the price for the Royal Rumble last week to £19.99, so it'll be a fiver cheaper to watch on the Network, should we get it!

So Raw was pretty terrible last night, The Authority was back on came down hard on three members of Team Cena at Survivor Series, they made Ziggler lose his IC title to Barrett and they then fired Ziggler, Rowan and Ryback later in the show, they also added Rollins to the WWE WHC title match at the Rumble as a reward so that's now a Triple Threat match

Also The Ascension gave a promo mocking The Road Warriors, one of which is dead, and that didn't go down well at all, very bad taste there...

TNA Impact making its debut on Destination America tonight....not next week live I said recently :ouch:
