I don't see why everyone is making such a big deal about this. He posted his tune, so what? There's hundreds of threads here with posted tunes. Relax and enjoy drag racing before they close this subforum. =\

And if you guys keep posting tunes, I might as well take down my guide since no one is interested in learning how to do it on their own anymore.

No one wants to learn anymore, everybody wants the hard work of others to be given to them free.

That's how this damn society is bro. Majorly rather have it the easy way only a few would do it them self. The difference between the leaders and the followers ;)

Yeah but it's been that way for months. Nothings changed despite what we do or what site you go to.
 
Dom I encourage you to put any tune up you want man, who cares what people think, it's your tune. The ACR, No Stripe, GTR's are the most overused cars online, and most newcomers are easy to spot out anyway...

Us so-called "PROS" all know we had help along the way!!

If people put time and effort you can be able to tune yourself. I started tuning in GT5 at the beginning of august. I hardly ever really got on GT5 before then. Within one month of trial and error I will say I am now a good tuner. I'm not saying I'm the best in any ways. But to me it makes me feel better when I beat someone with my own tune. So just try some time.
I'm not saying this is bad but for people that are looking for free tunes. Just try it you may like it.

Regardless of a tune whether it's the same or off by .05 or more according to the leaderboards everything come down to the tree when you are racing online.. Awesome tune Dom, keep up the great work and anytime you want to race with good people online please let me know! I'd be honored to drag with you anytime :) I run on my Stupid-Fast_Jay account now a days so if you want to run get a hold of me! 👍 & take care!

If I was home more often, I'd probably get into 3k now since Indy is overun by the tune-abusers, but I'm still looking into getting a mobile wifi source for the PS3 that isnt overly expensive. Every truck stop I go to wants $8-10 per day of Wifi and that isnt feasible.

That'll be too expensive for mobile wifi and the connection wont be so great.. It was 60$/month (or more now idk I needed it awhile back before I jailbroke my iPhone..) but that was for sprint a few months ago.. I think its more because they force you to get the 4G one now...
 
I've raced online through my iPhone over 3G, worked better than I thought, less data usage than I thought too
 
Do you even know what a base tune is? How is achieving under 8.999 base? That's top10 time. All you contributed is ACR drop kicks claiming to be the fastest now.

Took me 4 days to get 8.991 with timed 2nd gear launch and now that means nothing.

If you read my post right you would have noticed that this is NOT a base tune like I clearly stated and this is the second fastest viper out there, and I have no idea what 2 bananas mean, could you explain.
 
B2, it does say that it's not a base tune in the OP, Dom, he has a point.. Retro times mean 🤬-all online. If you compared FTL times it would be a much closer comparison though.. FYI, my ACR is at 9.020 for a FTL 👍
