thank you for this tune. i fell in love with the car for the fr 500 seasonal, but i couldn't quite get past the lead car at 450pp. i am clueless when it comes to transmission/suspension/differential tuning. after your tune, i beat the lead car by 3+ seconds on mt aso. thanks again.
Oh what a surprise! (a positive one)

Well, many thanks for your feedback; very appreciated! :)👍

O_O That tune is for a race car and you use it for a slowa** truck?
You must have eaten the madness with spoons (at least a german saying.... lol)!

But if it works.......no idea how, but yeah, thanks.
Glad I could help.

The Ruf is great. You're a great tuner, definitely helped a lot of cars in my garage I gave up on. Thanks for being a part of the GT5 community. Keep tuning. I don't have online access right now, but I want to give you a review of the BMW Concept 1 when I get it back, very interesting ride for sure!

You better take a BMW M3 Coupe (I have a tune for it). I really dont know why, but the concept is simply overall worse. It's not really the tune since both are very similar, it's the car which makes the difference. I think PD messed it up a little.
Read this if you want to see peoples opinion about that car: https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=266722

Anyway, I'd really appreciate it if you test it. I think the round 2 tune is slightly better, but the only reason I made that is because it's a shootout tune which had to work on 2 different track layouts.

Oh and many thanks for your nice words! :)

I just won one, the concept that is. Which is why I tried your shoot out tune. I will say offline it's good! But after 2.09 it's a little worse, you're right. But I will try the M3 when I get Internet back for my PS3. It's been a mess with my service provider. It took me over a week of arguing just to get them to test the connection on their end :banghead:.

Sad, it seems that nobody is interested in my tunes.(?):(

Are they too extreme, difficult or just bad? I don't know why I don't get any feedbacks. If somebody tried my tunes, could this person please write a little feedback, so that I can learn from it (or if you like it just a "Thanks this tune is great")?
Cause I can't make better tunes without feedbacks.

If really nobody will reply to my tunes, I think it would be time to close, cause this situation is not what I would like to keep it that way.

:(Thanks
Hey man I'd love to try you're tunes but I think the units are different on my game than you'res as the settings in my tuning menu won't let me adjust to any of yorue values or settings. Everything from ride height to suspension values and aero. Any ideas? I love to see all the hard work you put in im exited to figure out a way to give them a go

:lol:Don't even remember writing that, 10 years already...

Ok, so I assume we are infact talking about GT5 in 2022?
As far as I can remember, GT5 uses different units depending on the PS3 system language. So for anyone with the language set to English (USA) the game will use the imperial system with ride height in inches? and spring rate in foot-pounds?
There's also an option in the game settings for units, although it should only affect speed measurement (kph vs mph).
Most of the tunes on this forum use the metric system, making it more difficult for you. If I find some time later I could check a few language / unit settings and check what exactly works / needs to be converted.

Aero should be the same for everyone though. Some of the values might only be possible with aftermarket parts, sadly all photos of my cars seem to have been lost after all these years.

EDIT:
Tried to force other units, but this does not seem to be possible with my copy of the game.
I'd still recommend trying a different system language such as English (UK), but if that doesn't work you'd have to convert the values.

Following all entries using units:
Ride Heightmm (millimeter)
Spring Ratekgf/mm (kilogram force per milimeter)
Weightkg (kilogram)

Everything else should be unit-less and be the same. Generally the tunes are for fully upgraded cars, sometimes including aero parts such as aftermarket rear wings.
Note: Transmission settings for older tunes from before update 1.11 will no longer work if you use version 1.11 or higher. In such a case, try to follow the described flip procedure with the final gears and get the individual gears at least somewhat close.
