At indy that might be true but on 3000m the stripe just losses to much top end and will never beat the no stripe if tuned properly.

You'd think but the best no stripe is 9.02X the best striped one is 9.15X (I think)

Sorry to disappoint you, but a 8.0 time is actually quite slow.

The Subaru Spec C was a legend in GT4 and probably the fastest car in the whole game.

I might have read through this wrong but I think the Subi time of 8.0 seconds was in reference to Need for Speed Prostreet because he also included his 1/2 mile time as well as having a post talking about Prostreet just before he mentioned his subis 8 sec 1/4.

in GT4 the subie spec C ran 8's with the nitrous glitch, so I assumed thats what he meant

I'm pulling a 10.1 in my Dodge Ram now at SSRX, after a decent bit of tuning. I think it can do a little better still. It pulls like a beast and is a whole lot of fun in the Street/Muscle car rooms at Indy. Takes a lot of people by surprise!

I put my front height way up as well as the back and just for fun tower over every car on track. Nothing is more satisfying than beating much smaller cars
The launch is surprisingly fast for such a heavy car.. Great sleeper
