Drift Photomode Competition ~ Week 2

Week 2

This weeks them is Drift vs. Grip.

Have a car drifting with one or more cars racing in the shot.

Cars: Any
Track: Any

Please follow the rules.

~ Only one entry may be submitted, mark it clearly as Final Entry.
~ Previews may be posted, but must be no larger then 400X300.
~ You may change your Final Entry once.
~ All images to be uploaded at Imageshack.
~ Photoshop or other graphics programs may only be used to crop, resize, adjust brightness/contrast, gamma, hue/saturation, rotate, add a border or small signature, or to remove the "Gran Turismo/©SCEI" watermark, if you so wish.
~ If you don't have Photoshop or other professional image management software, try a shareware one such as Picasa or GIMP.
~ Have Fun and feel free to PM me if you have anything you want to ask or discuss.

This competiton will run for 7 days. The deadline is March 22.​

Good to see one entry, hope more come in.

I use image shack because I think it works the easiest. All other competitions use it without too much trouble. So might as well stick to it.

Also, does anyone want to volunteer to pick the top ten for this week, if there are ten entries. It was hard making that last poll.

I think it would be alright to accept TT shots, it is a bit strange seeing a bike drift though.
Nice shot anyways, also like yours LOON and art555. LOON, your fullsize shot isn't very big. Is that how you wanted it? 👍

That most stems from I hadn't taken any GT4 photos while I was activly playing it. Once I got TT I figured out photomode so thats what I mostly have on my HD here at work. I need to get more GT4 drifting photos taken. Thanks for accepting my TT shot. I have plenty of Bike drift shots.

So does that mean that photobucket is acceptable too? I'm asking it because I use photobucket always, and I am also on dial-up and imageshacks works really slow (IF it works). Anyway its just a bunch of code for the person who puts up the poll

I'll try to get something done this weekend.
There's so many comps requiring 2-car shots at the moment, most of them with 2.0 rules, and 2-car shots take a lot of time to shoot (a decent one), and to edit....

Beerzgood: I know what you mean about all the two car shot themes, this one isn't as hard as the others though. In my opinion it isn't anyway.

As you well know, Drifting in TT results in more crashes then not. I'll give you that for sure. As for this one I don't particularly remember the out come but from the angle of the bike I see a low side being the end result. If I were only to post drift picks that I pulled off then the angle of the bike might not so cool. On the same note by that same standard I see many photos of cars drifting that I'm sure of they didn't keep the back end from coming around.

GGGRRRRR, Imageshack caused Firefox to force quit halfway through loads of downloads so I lost everything, they're taking ages to restart now.... AARGH!

Had this image lying around in my computer for ages now. was one of my
candidate shots for the round 2 of the photomode tournament. i swear, i havent touched my ps2 for almost 3 weeks now, and i still have a lot of stock photos which i took for that tourney. it's insane. even the updates on my gallery are old shots. hope this one goes somewhere though.
