dude www.gamefaqs.com search gran turismo 3 and you'll find a drift faq which has a bunch of preset settings for certain cars

If you want to drift more (get high angles) decrease rear downforce.

Tried sims all the way round, and I still couldn't get it to drift well. I honor you Sheron for being able to drift it well.

Alright:
Suspension: Stock
Engine mods and exhaust: all mods except for the turbo mods. Keep to the N/A mods for more mid range power.
Drivetrain: stage 3 clutch, racing flywheel, lightweight driveshaft, and stock transmission (the second gear on the Trueno tranny is nicely set for those tricky corners). Also i prefer the stock diferential. I never took the time to learn how to tune the Full Custom Diff. and i think the stock one feels better than the 2 way.
Fully modded brakes also and set them both at 12 for balance. You dont want the car moving when you brake during a drift, you have to control the drift with the throttle.
I only went to the Stage 2 weight reduction because i heard that stage 3 alters the cars physics too much.
Also set the TC and Stability control at 0. I also prefer to use the Sport tires not the Sim tires with the extra power this car will have over the other AE86 setups.
The cars hould have a little under 240hp i believe. And it drifts very nicely. I mostly drift on the Trial Mountain.
