Ok so i know this is going to sound crazy but here it is... I am opening a drift school for new wheel drifters or wheel drifters who need help. Oh and here's the stupid part i don't have my wheel (It broke beginning of January...). i have only taught two people, but it took me 3 months to learn on my own because i didn't have anyone giving me tips and tricks. The two people i taught were able to drift entire tracks like Tsukuba, Suzuka, Tokyo and much more in ONE WEEK. Now listen i said i will teach you how to drift not make you the GT DK. If you want to become super amazing like my buddy SAi-66 then all you have to do is practice. There are only Four requirements to get in:

1. You have to be willing to flush out 300,000 - 500,000Cr. for the cars you will be learning with
2. You have to add Lr-L2L-xDriFtZz
3. Also you have to be willing to take time away from your friends so you can fully grasp the concept of drifting
4. You have to be able to listen and take all advice i give to you

Oh and here is a video of someone i have taught (3 days of practice)...

Here is the guy after two weeks (yesterday)

As a newbie drifter m'self, I've actually wanted to put together a "how to" thread for fellow newbs.

Used to belong to a MySpace GT4 drift group, that had vids demonstrating how to execute different techniques.

Then MySpace went and f?!kered up their Groups section. >_< Jerks.

Sounds like a school to me. Can we have the first post for possible teachers?

Yea if you want to be a teacher go ahead and add me or post and if i think that you have the stuff i'll hire you and you know what i'll even pay you... If you get the job every two weeks on friday (pay day) i'll give your choice of a chrome paint chip or a matte paint chip

I'd be interested to try this with my dfp...
Add me Knight_spirit

lol you have me added just on a diff acc but yea i'll add you (its xDriftzz-Protege)

That sounds like it was something cool well i'm going to tell you the hand motions and footwork to make so you know how to drift...

Hi There, im not a total noob, so i could teach people some stuff about the basics. But i could use some tips from a good wheel drifter on tuning a setup to suit a certain style of drifting..

My hand motion and throttle inputs are mostly total random, yet I still manage to drift lol.
Would be cool to see what you have in stock about hand motion!
I think I drifted with you the other day on Indiana road track.

I'd love to take you up on a tutorial of this... I have drifted (or rather powerslided) real cars on a skid pan in a controlled figure 8 before but I just can't seem to get the hang of drifting in GT5. I am GMT (EST+5). :)

I'm using a DFGT together with the m3 '07.

I'm having problems to complete my drifts and get out clean, dont know if i'm going in to slow or if i'm going in with the wrong angle.

I'll add later this afternoon, I'm belgian so that means gmt +1

greets TrsH <=== my psn aswell

I've used the Driving Force GT steering wheel for half a year now. The wheel wasn't meant for drifting, but some people have actually gotten it down. I've practiced using stock cars, and every tip everyone's providede on how to drift with a Dring Force GT. I'll even open up a lobby sometime, with a microphone available, sometimes. I can teach mostly Driving Force GT or a different kind, like a G25.
