I'm always up for a little extra help or can help out begineers or just generally anything to do with skidding :)


Use a G25 on custom frame&seat with e-brake

haha i need ur help i got my driving force gt this evening and DUDE, i suck at drifting with a wheel.

yo been drifting for a while but with the controller, wouldnt mind some tips for using the wheel as i tend to oversteer alot and spin out :( lol, the help would be greatful Cheers My PSN is GramDee

Using the wheel and controller is a completely different technique and execution.
 
Hi xDriftzzinc,

Just wondering if you'd teach an old dog some new tricks. Been racing around tracks for fun (and attempting to drift corners only in low powered cars such BMW z4 coupe). So is it just as simple as adding your PSN ID or receive a formal invite?

I'm interested in wheel drifting as well. I've got the DFGT, added an e-brake setup to it....only thing I think I need is the teacher! Anyway, whatever else you need from me, just say the word. One problem may be my schedule...I'm usually free on weekends, but weekdays I don't get home until about 1am central. Usually up til' 6am on those days. Thanks.

I really want to join in on this but I haven't really had the time to set aside due to a very busy schedule. That being said, I still want to practice on my free time and I've been reading into different articles on GTP, but I still haven't been able to properly do a drift. It seems that my car just spins out (into the track) towards the apex of the track and I can't keep it move even with or without my foot on the accelerator. I tried only tapping the e brake or holding onto the ebrake but neither have seemed to work.

I was just hoping that you had a step by step method for me to try out as I don't think I'll be able to set up a meet up time until at least April. Please keep in mind that I've watched quite a few videos, so please let me know if you have advice. Thanks!

G'day Driftzzinc,

I was just wondering, what are the best times available to meet up, as unfortunately I'm upside down over here with the times :lol: I'm hoping to get online tonight (Sydney time after 8.30pm which should equal to GMT 9.30am)

Look forward to meeting up whenever (haven't been on GT5 for a couple of days and itching to drive/drift).
