drifting special stage 11

as some have listed the tracks in difficulty order....we all forgot about special stage 11, i wonder why, because its a heck of a fun track to drift, i think that cote de azure and s.s.11 are the only 2 tracks in gt3 that should be conisdered proffesional drift tracks.
could anyone post their drift lap times on s.s11? i would like to see how fast i really am through that course

Drifting is not about lap times it's about looking good while linking as many drifts as possible. I will however agree that SSR11 is a really fun course to drift. I am having alot of fun right now with Midfield 2, and Trial Mountain 2.;)

zama... i drift and race ss11 all the time.. its one of my favorite tracks...

If you are interested in 4 wheel drifting... i would suggest working on trottle control... you can feel when you are 4 wheel drifting/ throttle steering... you want little or not smoke/sounds...

Dont get confused with no countersteering exhibition drift which is also called 4 wheel drifting... what i am talking about and i hope you are talking about is for faster lap times..,.. if you would like to talk more about it then pm me...

ss 11 II is the best track to test out ur cars handling ability's and teaches u great control and is really a great track for low hp cars...

Haha, thats funny, and weird. :odd: I just recorded one of my SSR 11 II replays. Should I upload it for anyone? :D (Its dark, but you can still tell whats going on.)

I don't know why SSR11 would be considered a hard track, but it is a fun track thanks to all the sharp corners! I love double-apexing into that really banked hairpin in 4th gear! I think SSR5 is harder though, SSR5 is the track I do my initial tuning on. There are a few key places that if the car isn't tuned right, it's nearly impossible (like the double apex rights after the nasty hairpin left). If your car can do SSR5 without breaking a sweat, then it's a good sign! The other course I tune a lot on is Cote d'Azur which puts more stress on the transient loading response of the car (how fast the car begins to transfer weight) thanks to all those narrow corners that are spaced at unnatural distances. After those two courses, it's open season on all the good ones (Deep Forest, Trial Mountain II, Complex String, etc).

It's considered hard because it has tight, back to back turns. It takes more skill to properly handle the course. Plus that fact that it's such a long track, it takes a little more endurance to drift. Lesser experienced drivers will have a much harder time making a good lap here.

it took me a while before i could conistently drift the entire track without any mistakes....i use my trueno for that track, i belive the need for high power on that course is not there, rather the succesful wheight transfer.....
i find linking a drift in corners 8 through 9 very fun as it requires a very quick and light car

why? is he any good? I have never heard of him. heh, this will make my 3rd battle:eek:. I am gonna try to be 1st to 10 battles
you know, I just wanna have the most battles. peace.

Thats why its going to be good. I havn't seen him drift, and hes asking people to battle him. ;) I give you the best of luck, if you'll need it.

dude, shutup. I really don't like that fame crap. I'm not the best. I'm just your average GT3 player that likes to get sideways. I'm probably just average in drifting in GT3. peace.
