It's great to see you respond with fixes so quickly, thank you @Podger!

However the issue with the brake and throttle pedals being always applied by 2-3% is still there with the 2.0.8 beta 8 version.
Is it possible to fix that or is it a game issue? I believe just setting some deadzone would help with that.

There's a few other people in this thread a few pages ago with the same problem. I don't know about their setup, but I'm running PS4 Pro with Drivehub + CSW 2.5 + CoPilot with Logitech pedals.
This issue is only at Fanatec mode and only in GT7. GT Sport works fine and GT7 doesn't have this issue in Fanalogic mode.
I just noticed that in GT Sport, PD raised the deadzones for the Fanatec pedals in one update, so maybe that's what will fix this issue for GT7 as well.
But until that, maybe it's possible to raise the deadzones in the DriveHub (or the CoPilot) software?
The game feels pretty numb in Fanalogic mode.

@Podger , what pedals does the DH simulate in Fanatec mode? I know someone that has the new GT DD Pro with the new CSL LC pedals and they can't replicate the non-linear pedal curve on the throttle in GTS, if these pedals are treated differently by GTS could the DH be setup to simulate them instead to fix this issue?
the DH doesnt simulate pedals per say, it simulates the Wheelbase. We have has this sort of issue before on for example the G29 when users removed the stop on the break pedal, in that case they base was calibrated to see 70% throw as full break, so removing the stop created and undesirable deadzone, where as using the pedals on anothe base like a TM or Fanatec, the base would configure on the fly and deal with it...
I dont believe that right now there is anything that reports the type of pedals to the console. There is something that reports if they are in fact there, which we must assert regardless in case you want to use third party pedals on another USB port.. In time I will dig deeper and see if there is infact a new report in there to do like you say...

Hi everyone! Can't seem find a clear answer anywhere.

Can anyone confirm that Heusinkveld 3-pedals (Sprints/Ultimates/+) works using Drivehub + Hori + PS5 + GT7?

Maybe a stupid question but maybe somebody knows the answer.
With The Heusinkveld sprint pedals I have the possibility to set different profiles in the software. Are those profiles saved directly in the pedals and working if you connect the pedals with the drivehub and PS5 or are the profiles saved only in the software and if you connect it with drivehub and PS5 there is only a default profile working?
I can tell from experience, they are stored in the pedal on the Sprints. Did some change on the PC earlier and it transferred over without issues.

@Migeta22 2 pedals work perfectly for me with HE Sprints, DD2, Hori, PS5 and GT7, don't see why the clutch wouldn't.

Asking cause BJ Simracing or DC pedals are not on the compatible pedals list on Drivehub website. If the pedals are not on it, they wont work or is it a gamble ? Pedals have 16-bit electronics from Leo Bodnar.

IMO co-pilot is just not fully compatible yet with GT7.
I have same issue as you with a T300RS as wheel.
And as I stated before, I don't have same behavior if I connect G27 pedals directly in the wheel (with adapter) in PS3 mode (in DH wheel port) and PS4 mode (DH controller port). In PS3 mode, calibration is ok but I'm not using the wheel as native controller so I try to avoid it and in PS4 mode, calibration is not ok (50% in brake pedal only).
Best option would be a fix regarding co-pilot launch start bug I'm facing (don't know if it's related to deadzone or not).

I have received my DriveHub and Hori, from a connection perspective all is perfect, however, there is absolutely no FFB on my T500rs in GT7 PS5.
At this point in time it's totally unplayable. Not sure if i didn't set up something correctly on Drivehub, i'm running the latest beta (8)
I have experienced a similar issue randomly, the FFB will completely stop working. In order to fix this I would pause the game for a few seconds and then continue. This process kicks the FFB back in.

Worst scenario I have to close GT7 and then reopen. Restarting the Drive Hub does not kick the FFB back to life.

Is there a place where new drivehub patchnotes are documented? Tested the new .9 beta drivers with my fanatec wheel csl as a controller and the FPS drops are still there, but there are less of them. Or maybe its just me and the fix was for a totally different issue.

i was playing gt7 on ps4 with my csldd through drivehub like all these past days and suddenly the steering wheel stopped working and i have never been able to get it to work with ps4 anymore. works perfectly on PC. Beta 8 and 9 here.

Edit: Lol, if i plug in the TH8A shifter, the wheel stop work. If i plug off, it works. Wtf! Till the first fault, 0 errors with the th8a in!

Edit2: can confirm the problem is with the th8a shifter. I was playing with it without problem till today. If i plug, never works. When i unplug, the wheel works.

Podger posted on the last page that this bug will be looked at.

.9 beta makes the CSL DD look like a GT DD wheel (possibly also on the DD1 and 2 not sure)

ok, I'll get my CSL out, I was doing all the wok so far on GT DD Pro.. I have an ongoing issue myself, I cant seem to get any FFB at all with any wheel I have, everything is fine in other games. this issue has been annoying me
Just to check - is the controller set to beginner mode for assists? I had no FFB either until I went in that settings page and made some customizations. Can’t recall what I did. Might have been turning off countersteering and auto braking?

I had started out on the controller in the music rally mini game while the game was downloading so I set it using Beginner initially and promptly forgot about it when I started playing with the wheel.

The FFB worked in licence tests because the assistance settings were disabled for licence tests.

On another question, if I have a PlayStation compatible wheel like the Podium DD F1 but I want to use say Heusinkveld pedals, would I plug the wheelbase to the controller or wheel port of the DriveHub? Related to that, doesn’t the Heusinkveld Ultimate Plus now have an extra controller box? Does that still not store settings on the pedals?

Hi, thanks for that, I figured out the same thing on my own everntually, I had a cusotmised begineers setup, I switched to expert and then turn offer oversteer assit and all felt marvellous.

if your DD1 has ps4 mode, put that in the 1st port and the pedals in another one, it should mirror the DD1 exactly and insert the HE pedals into the input report..

Hmm. I will try that also. I use my G25 with the beta 8 SW on PS5 at the moment. In general, it works fine, but FFB is actually not very good. Understeer vibration works, but feedback on oversteer is very mute. There is no feedback from curbs.

I wonder if G29 FFB is generally worse than it was in GT Sport on my PS4 pro or if this is a drivehub issue.

I had to go back to beta 8. The oversteer rattle was brutal and there was a lot more weight.
DD2 with PS4 Pro.
Yeah same on CSL DD that mid corner rattle doesnt feel good. The FFB definetly allot stronger had to tone down the settings i had on 8. Not sure wich is better. It does show as a DD pro in the menu though.

For me, I have a Podium Porsche wheel with the endurance module, I just have to figure out which buttons do what and change them with no labels whatsoever. No matter what wheel it shows as, it will never match. I'm looking forward to the full fix. Good luck to figuring it out Podger!

DD2 now showing as GT DD Pro in GT7 on beta 9 can confirm.

FFB is a bit heavier too and more detailed on slip.

Though I still don’t feel much from curbs or the road(not sure if a DH issue or polyphony?). Even going off-road leaves little to not feeling. Also the FFB knocks REAL hard when hitting barriers, like it clips heavy.

Finally, using either a Universal Xbox hub 2 or PBME, there is no mapping at all for a PS-button. I have to reach for the Hori for that functionality.

Has anyone ordered a drivehub lately? I ordered one over a week ago, said it was shipping march 10th. Its now the 15th and still not shipped.

Agreed, it's a little too violent on grip loss, my rig isn't happy. Also somehow feel the curbs less. I tried messing with the settings but can't get the Sweet spot between details and pure force. I did like that it showed as a dd pro though... You're almost there @Podger Thanks for keeping at it!

I'm wondering too. I placed an order immediately after finding out the T500 isn't supported (although I installed the PS4 version and have been enjoying it that way for the meantime).

On their website, they did mention shipping delays, and the current ship date is the 18th. It's probably better to contact them after the 18th and see what the hold up is.

I made another interesting discovery.
I am using the DD1 F1 podium with the drivehub 2.08 beta 9 and the hori pad.

If I play with the F1 wheel everything seems to be fine. If I plug my WRC wheel on the base which is running only in the low tourque mode due to the plastic wheel connection shows problems.
Randomly either the ffb is not working for several seconds or the or noninputs are possible or the whole base is shutting down at all.
I assume that has something to fo with the low torque mode because on the display of the base it showed everytime the issue happens the message that the low torue mode is activated which is normally shown only at the starting process

Every fanatec wheelbase that has ps4 mode (csl, dd pro, dd1) still had frames issues when plugged into the controller usb port.
Unless that was fixed in .9 ?

I was last night, but I reflashed. 8 and my issues are no longer present, no framerate drop, and my rev leds are working again.

I was running ffb of 50 and my whole rig was shaking on skids. I went back to .8 beta. Although now the DH lights aren't working right and I seem to have the framerate drop, which I didn't before on 0.8
Yeah same man the shaking and rambling was quit aggresive. Lowering the FEI setting helped a little but it also numbed down all the other effects.

I think i will go back to 8 as well for now.
