I've got photo session with this beauty for you guys

Going to have to dig mine out today now (I think it got bogged down in the mud off the Loch Duich track ) I remember taking it down the first Norwegian track and seeing the camera shake for the first time when belting down that mountain - good memories, lots of crashes but a great sense of achievement when I got it right.

MeanElf I was taking pictures of pre-order McLaren and Ruf in the past, but I've completly forgotten about this car, don't know why because it has the best livery from these 3 cars... Probably pre-order Mercedes was simply missed in action by me, so it's time to give him more time Nice to see You've good memories with it, really great machine so get it out of the mud and go crazy with it :tup:

I like the colours, set (dark mountain/cloud + sun/wet road), angle and contrast made by yellow Ferrari in this shot 👍

I think all my problems I have been having with the photomode could have been down to my controller and the L2 button not springing back and pulling the focus/camera panning out!..I don't use chase cam often but noticed the brakes were on when I was driving when watching a replay!! (could this have affected my times)..I think I have fixed the L2 trigger on the controller now (spring) so photomode should work and my times increase??!..We shall see 👍

Thanks I was surprised by a sudden wash of sunlight during the TT so I saved it, thinking it might make for some good photos, especially as it was really just a beam of sunlight. I also liked that in a few of the others, the full gloom resumed in the middle distance.

Definitely will have affected your times. My R2 has been playing up in much the same way. I haven't yet tried taking the controller apart to see if it's just a dislodged spring, but it definitely isn't springing back when I let go.

It's just like in real life photography, You must get luck to be in right place and catch this single short moment to get stunning shot and in this DC photo You've caught it perfectly MeanElf 👍👍👍

@MeanElf I tried putting the spring back..but it happened again(looks like the hinge had snapped and spring came off) and I ended up taking them both out after reading up on it..still works fine with a broken hinge for me but remember only do it on a controller out of warranty etc I will buy a new controller as well but this seems so much better now and fixed it for me until I get one.

Remember there are double points at the moment on PS+ 15 cars(not sure how long for) including this beast the Agera R

Oh, it's well past warranty alright as it's the last remaining one that came with our PS4. I'll be getting a new controller soon though - works okay for just pootling around (gets a tad exciting during a shooter when it goes full auto with a machinegun or rocket launcher )

yes @torque99 could defo be hurting your time's, L2 is also a multi faze trigger, depends what brake pressure its jamming into but no doubt it may have hurt your time's, we'll see in this weeks challenge , i sometimes brake with the accelerator still down initially if hard braking in the quicker cars (helps keep the car straight and true when you throw the anchor out haha) but even hyper cars wont actually accelerate with the brake's on fully, but it could be costing you in the time trails tho buddy, the ps4 controllers are not as well made as older generations, im on controller 2 and starting to doubt it a little, i still think DC has acquired a few bugs tho, i noticed in the mercedes challenge it wouldnt up shift a few time's, from the grid when you take off, rev limiter smoothly drops to 6k ish before gripping and climbing back up, when it wont upshift ive noticed at grid launch that i get a downwards spike on the rev counter, smoothly down to 6k ish then snaps down to 5k and snaps back to 6k before reading as normal, when this happens i cant upshift to 4th gear, eventually changes gear but not straight away. very strange indeed
