Wee bit disappointed that No Limits is just a 27 star tour; would've liked a few more events using the new Old City tracks. Still bought it though - after paying so little for the main game and season pass, I really don't mind :)

3rd on 'Honda Game' now... out of 28

You've not been paying attention to the photo mode threads ;) I think pictures were appearing within a few hours of the last update and discussion as to which races you could chose those cars in.

That vid does it more spectacularly though.

I've seen people talking about the cars, but I never thought of asking how they got it. :(

Well, I tired the Skyline and all I can say is that it's pretty disappointing. All of the other cars in it's class feel much more powerful. Also, it's yet ANOTHER Nissan we can't personalize or even change the paint scheme to something other than factory options.

I don't have the no limits dlc pack in my store....
Have you looked at the in-game store or new vehicles section on the home page? That's where I downloaded mine from.

Likely the trade-off that had to be made for the license agreement, it usually is. The Skyline might have more suitability on the bigger tracks or long Chilean runs, that's one of the things I intend to test out today.

Had a look at the No Limits pack before jotting off to school.

I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with the event category for this. Seems really short conpared to the other event packs. That's just on the face of it though.

The cars I'll hammer later today on some other tracks.

Wait, so how many events per tour pack (at work...)? Are we talking 9 events with one of them being an endurance type event?

Six events: 4x3 star; 1x6 star and the usual 1x9 star finale for the No Limits tour and the same for the Suzuki tour too.

That's still £2.99 for two vehicles and a tour - considering the detail, I call that not bad.

EDIT: I'm also seeing some changes to the lighting and weather, with more effects added it seems - well, at Chile it seemed so.

Hoped that there would be more events on new tracks.
Didn't buy it yet, how hard are new events?
Are they manageable in hardcore mode?

Thanks Meanelf, will be buying both packs when I get home. Although if it is gonna be a trend of £3 per pack here on out I would like it if Evolution upped the number of events. Not like it requires that much effort after all.

I tried the new cars last night. The Skyline is not exactly fast on the straights, but it really comes alive in the corners, very easy to control. The Civic has a lot of grip in the front except when you floor the gas mid corner, you have to get used to it but it's very rewarding. It also has a very good engine noise, one of the very few straight 4s that I actually like.

I'm on the hype to drive the new cars. Always loved the R34 in every driving game and the Civic is special to me, since I drive its distant (very distant) cousin (the sedan) in my everyday routine.

Too bad here in my country I won't get the dlc untill afternoon, when the PS store gets the updates live.

I think the value of this pack comes from the cars and not so much the events.

I'm really enjoying the Skyline and Civic. They're so fun to drive and they fit the DC environment well.

Now it's just time for a Supra, NSX, LF-A, Impreza and Lancer. If those come then I'm in heaven.

I never really bothered with Driveclub since I was told that the physics are wonky and the game is rubbish. But I was bored with all my current PS4 games and Driveclub was on discount at the local store.

I'm glad I picked it up.

Firstly this game is absolutely gorgeous. I have an Xbox One and FH2 looks stunning. But Driveclub is even better. The physics are really not that bad. I'm getting used to them but I still like the physics. Cars sound great, AI is decent and the tracks are nice.

And to make it even better, there are Indian roads in the game. I'm having an absolute blast driving cars in Virtual Tamil Nadu! Though I can assure you that Indian roads are far more worse in real life. :D

For the price I got it for, this game is 100% worth it. :)

(400th post! :gtpflag:)

They're not there

Well that's disappointing, considering what I heard earlier in the thread when both cars were somehow playable in some of the other DLC tour events. Is it the same story with the Civic?

I bought the DLC and the cars in time trial is locked but the cars in the tour isn't. I was only able to drive the skyline in a tour drift trial and a race against the r35 and compare to the r35, the r34 is underpowered. It is still a nice car to drive.

Didn't know that powerslides can give so many points. Took the R34 for a spin on Old Town, was driving/testing it for a while with hud off. When I turned hud on, I saw 511,920 points. Overall points for this "event" were almost 2 milion + R34 on level 15.

The poor Skyline is so underpowered compared to literally everything else in it's class, but it is so good in the turns that it makes up for it. Makes me want a car to match it with, like an NSX Type-R.

Ok, now I'm a bit pissed.

Bought the No Limits Pack. Got all the stars. When I decide to drive the cars in a single event (race/TT/drift), the game says I have to buy the pack.

When I click the continue and get to the PS Store, lol and behold, the pack is shown as purchased!!!

GODDAMNIT!

Well, looks like I'm not the only one. Some guys (myself included) are "bullying" Rushy on Twitter for some kind of answer. He asked us to restore licenses, reboot the console and try again.

Didn't work.
