DriveClub looks like NFS...
Naah, that's more like The Crew I'd say - though TC does remind me of Fuel a bit more now, especially with the off-road bits and chunky vehicle add-ons.

Anyway, NFS, Driveclub or indeed any other road racer is going to seem similar as that's what they do, race on roads.

Except NFS has weapons and all that. :P DC will be better. :)

Is there a final definitive Driveclub wheel support link anywhere yet?

I could have sworn I saw one, but can't find it now....

I think you might have seen one for Project CARS, but I think the only supported wheels as of now are Thrustmasters.

As other games get delayed and with me now having zero interest in CARS without a wheel, this game is becoming very appealing to me, will try the lite edition if online is fun and I don't get much lag then I'll probably pick it up.

I think I'm going for the full game, even though the PS+ version will be there if I want it. I just don't want another big, downloaded game sitting there and potentially clogging things up when I can have it on removable disc.

Just from those videos it still seems to me that DriveClub has more advanced driving physics than The Crew, albeit being arcade as well. When looking at the Crew, it's almost like watching Saints Row. With DriveClub it looks at least more or less natural.

The only thing that really bothers me are the invisible walls right next to the road. That's just terrible.

Had a go at the Driveclub Beta version
and I'm defenitly not buying it.

To arcady for me.

Although it looks stunning

I was actually wondering about the T100 since pCARS devs have confirmed it is supported on the PS4 version. Curious if other devs are doing likewise. It's a 270 degrees plastic wheel but only costs €100 and unlike the €80 T80 it has actual FFB not bungee cord. Just curious basically.

(My T500RS was bought to use with the PS4 as soon as Driveclub devs confirmed it would work back late last year)

There is still going to be a 30-50BG game install.

Does this game still not have any real licensed racetracks? I was hoping to see track info in the OP.

It's not purely a download title as far as I'm aware, so I'll be buying the disc version instead - that's what I meant.

As it's a road racer, I don't think they are going the licensed road racetrack route - jst like Speedster says.

^^ Perhaps it's something they might want to consider in future either through DLC or a fresh game like perhaps Track Club or Circuit Club. :D

The market for circuit racing games is quite big indeed... we might get a track-focused Drive Club game, but it seems unlikely at the moment. From what I know, the devs are squarely focused on bringing the night/day, weather road driving experience to the PS4.
