Sounds like a distinct possibility.
Even though there has been no official announcement about the Challenges, I saw a whole slew of them in the open challenge section and I started getting challenges sent to me from all quarters...then the servers went down again. I hope they're back up again soon. In the meantime, time for food and beer (not necessarily in that order.)

I was also kinda surprised to find your RS5 Norway challenge in my inbox all of a sudden @MeanElf but what a joyous surprise that was! Well, except for the fact that I couldnt beat your seriously fast time even with a near perfect run... Dammit! 
That concept of challenges is a lot of fun though, used to spend days trading fastest times with mates in Shift 2 Autolog, guess this wont be much less addictive. It already ate away about an hour of my time with The Crew today...

Well, I got challenges from @FLX1981 and sent one to @JohnScoonsBeard as well as my club owner whose user name I don't know on here - anyway, he started it by sending one to me about nine hours ago. Hopefully they all got them, or I'm going to look like a right fool

Slow motion, or at least a slow advance frame thingy was shown in the photomode vid back in October, plus more filters were discussed as an option...so hopefully.
It was an evil challenge, I admit. I happened to get lucky with the AI totalling each other, so it was pretty much a TT run.
