I guess Evolution Studious are trying to emulate the feeling of owning that car, if you know what I mean.
If the LaFerrari FXX-K ever makes it into the game, perhaps they'll take the same approach?
Anyway, this update sounds mental and I can't wait to have my PS4 for Christmas in 2 weeks.

^ I think that is there from the expectation that people were going to upgrade from the PS+ free version. But that hasn't happened yet. Regardless it will be the full game if you wanted to buy it from the PS store.
I bought a disc copy from a large retail store for less than what the PS store is asking. Plus I can always on sell it then too.
(but I'm loving this game so I have no plans to sell it).

If you have PS+ for your account, then yes you can - if not, then it won't work (I think). It's the full game expansion to what was meant to be the PS+ free download, and it contains that portion of the game too. I mean, as Jose says, you can get the physical copy but I just got the upgrade, because I'm an impatient old fella...and it is cheaper that way. (EDIT: Oops, apparently not

Yeah, I can never add anyone via the magnifying glass option. I've also been getting conflicting numbers of challenges received and active. Mostly it says eighteen, yet when I go and look, there are only three, or sometimes a few more...sometimes none. I think the info is held server-side, and there are problems.
If anyone else outside the UK is experiencing then this would tell me if it is due to the UK wide DNS issues we've been lumped with recently.

Okay then, cheers for the confirmation, so it is a DC issue then. Hopefully that'll get sorted soon, especially as some folks only put the challenges up for a day at the most.

Has anybody managed to select the Ferrari 599XX Evoluzione in a MP event? It's never in the Hyper list when selecting. It just teases you by being in your garage.
I wonder if Evolution will make it universally selectable. Seems silly not to!

Evolution said a while before release that they'd be adapting the game along the lines of player feedback for at least a year - there is also a scheduled release of car packs, tracks and events to look forward to.
All I found at first were a few vids talking about Pokémon

Fairly sure that second pack in the update was called something like that. EDIT: Sorry, it's called Elements...my mistake - but yeah, that says expect weather to me.
