The new car pack looks great! Can't wait to drive the Viper and listen to that F-Type sing! Excited for the new tracks too. I do hope we get some new Hot Hatches and Sports cars in an upcoming update, the Super and Hyper cars are great and all but the slower cars need some love too!

This is the most interesting part of the update notes:

What else is coming to DRIVECLUB?

* Server upgrades: to improve stability and performance for all current players and to enable the release of the PS+ Edition and DRIVECLUB companion app.
* Private lobbies: Development of Private Lobbies for Multiplayer is ongoing alongside development of server upgrades.
* Replays: are in the final stages of development and testing. It's likely that offline replays will come ahead of Multiplayer replays.
* Changes to drift scoring: to ensure that you are rewarded for momentum, control and staying on the track in drift zones.
* Lots more cars: We can't say what's coming just yet, but many of your most commonly requested cars and manufacturers are coming to DRIVECLUB, along with a few surprises.
* New ranks: because many of you are at Level 50 already.
* Lots more! Please keep sharing your feedback about DRIVECLUB with us to help the game continue to evolve around you.

They are taking the feedback serious. Adding requested content and features and FIXING drift scoring. I hope they reset the leader boards with it. No more spinning into the grass and into a wall getting silly amounts of points without penalty.

I really hope they'll do away with the online only limitation of the Ferrari 599XX

From what was revealed it was Ferrari being stubborn with the "lite" licence. I'd rather they explore other options than limit the use of cars in a game.

They actually took out the ability to score drift points whilst spinning and going off-track with the last update. I like the new take though, rewarding a more drift-centric approach as opposed to pure powersliding, which is what it is now.

unbeatable trophy sure is hard to do... glad is done :)

They might be running out of European cars by the looks of it. Hopefully for the next 5 months it's just American and Japanese cars.

Well, who knows what that additional month of DLC they promised for compenstation of the free November DLC will bring... Come on Evo, dont let your track artists get bored! :D

By the way, I had a kind of underwhelming multiplayer session last night. Couldnt find a single multiplayer time trial event and the 2 x fame points events were always more or less the same 4 events. Also got disco'd after the race was over (so points were lost) twice, had lots of errors in how lobbies were displayed (players disappearing, not showing etc) and everything took ages again... In short: The performance was as bad as back in the early days and considerably worse than it had been the last times I tried.

I'm curious to see if Evo is going to create an additional country location if the game performs well. I simply hope, they don't stop supporting it mid of 2015 as originally communicated.

Looks like Evo is starting to listen to fans. F-Type, Viper, One:1, and yet another Corvette.

But those stubborn people that only like cars from one make/country still want some JDMs or a Lambo.

And the free car is yet another car from another make that I've never heard of.
