I persevered through the drift trophy and it's just refusing to give me it!

Even then, it doesnt always trigger. Its a bit glitchy, but persevere and it should pop up. I need the drifting distance thing and cant drift for toffee, so I cant see me ever getting my platinum trophy because of that.

Think of it more as powersliding, and you'll get far higher scores, just try to get as sideways as possible whilst doing that and you should be there in no time at all.

@Classic - the unbeatable glitch should be patched this month anyway, but yeah, be online and playing DC when the timer expires and it should land.

With Brend's new info, I'd say it probably is the ultimate aero, It's not the Veyron or LaFerrari in my opinion.

I'm thinking it's the SSC Ultimate Aero XT... This explains another "7th" gear, the speed and the sound.

Somehow because of the V8 sound it could be either the SSC Ultimate Aero TT or the Koenigsegg CCX.

We will probably find out tomorrow.

Sounds quite high revving for a turbo V8. An SSC Ultimate Aero XT might fight the bill as it apparently redlines at 9200rpm. An Agera One:1 redlines at 8250.

Yes it is. I had to be actually on the challenges screen watching as it expired for it to trigger.

Weird, I didn't...but as has been said, it is glitched. let's hope that fix comes with the update.

It seems to be one of those issues that varies a lot. Presumably making it VERY hard to accurately recreate all the issues and therefore fix it.

True, but a few weeks ago over on FB they responded positively in a comment to someone, almost like it was done and ready to roll out.

I am thinking the car in the video is the Koenigsegg One:1. It is clearly a turbocharged V8, the gearing seems correct and we have the Agera R so they will not need to build it from scratch. The 650S is slightly different to the MP4-12C so it is not with precedent.

Just did the Venom lap, was actually really fun, wasn't that bad (unless there was another hard one), almost done with the tour.

I just did the Venom hot lap a few days ago, and I agree, it wasn't as hard as I was expecting. I almost got it after a couple of laps but I screwed up the final corner and the next few attempts were ruined by my ghost getting in the way.

Not looking forward to the Venom hot lap in the Elements tour though...

The Ghost is really fast during the first half of the lap but you can catch up easily during the second half.

You can reduce the ghost visibility in the options menu, changing their transparency to 10% makes them literally a ghost, all pale and hard to see.

I always turn ghosts off as I always try to brake later than it ect and it just really screws up my laps.
