Seriously now, those idiots working on EU PSN store shouldn't be allowed to even get near a computer.
Please Sony, fire those guys and put them in a gold mine or something, at least they would be useful.
I'm sorry but this is beyond belief.
Why is this such a bad thing to have happened?

As of two hours ago, still no fix from the PS Store regarding the Apex cars. Looks like Twitter is the place where the confirmation will come first.

As of twelve minutes ago Evolution Studios tweeted that Apex Store issue is fixed and we can now redownload the pack.

Note: you do need to go and re-download but that can be done from in-game. Choose the Apex expansion, free version and download.

Driveclub reminds me of GT5 prolouge for some reason, just a beautiful simple fun racer with constant challenges and not a lot of content.

For me it brings back memories of older (pre-Underground) Need for Speed games, minus the police chases. Particularly Hot Pursuit 2, which I have fond memories of and even still play occasionally.

My apologies to those of you who I sent the Caterham challenge to on Atlantershavsvegen. Due to the nature of the dynamic weather, when I did it, there was only the one lap where it snowed heavily, and then quite briefly. Every time I've tried it since, I've had four plus laps of almost zero visibility, especially once it gets dark. Other times it'll be less, I know but in the spirit of fairness I will change it.

Feel free to ignore that challenge therefore, and when I get the chance I'll send another, one with less weather (or at least not so extreme.) It's a great track for that car and quite a tense race at times.

What the hell? That must be a bug. A challenge is supposed to copy the exact conditions and that should hopefully apply to dynamic, as well.

For the record, I had almost two laps of snow in the dark. During the dark, it snowed heavily for large parts of lap 8 and lap 9.

Anyway, good track and car combination. The car can be quite twitchy at times, but after a couple of laps it flowed very nicely in the twitchy section of the track.

I'm not so sure it is meant to be exactly the same, as that previous heavy snow challenge I did, the timing and frequency of the lightning was different every time.

Thanks for confirming the frequency that you experienced during your stellar run - no way I'm going to beat that 👍
Damn all you lot and your challenges! Trying to force me into buying a season pass. :sly: :P

Sorry about that. I know with online, you can 'loan' the club cars, downside is however, you don't get to keep any fame your earned with a loaner - not sure if the game will do the same for DLC vehicles in challenge mode though. Might be worth a look.

Anyway, £19.99 is a steal gives you six tour packs so far with some fun races.

That's actually a really good comparison too, loved HP2.

Weird. I recall Rushy saying that the conditions are the same to the original event when you make a challenge out of it.

Thanks! Keep sending them, I had a lot of fun!

I tried every car from the apex dlc pack and the jaguar is the best car in my opinion. It handles like a x1 but minus the understeer. The mclaren feels unstable around the fast corners but alright around the slow ones. Love the sound of the corvette though.

Oh my gosh, those Japan tracks are amazing! Some of those tracks remind me of Fujimi Kaido in Forza 4.

But this game is nowhere near Gran Turismo is my opinion.

As an individual who continues to appreciate and praise DRIVECLUB for what it is, it has become apparent to me that DRIVECLUB lacks an online reputation system, which filters and matches drivers who have a very similar reputation with each other.

Despite not owning a PS4 or DRIVECLUB, it would be pretty nice if there was something like this in the game. :)

Besides that Peugeot I don't think so. I think they've been purposely slipping in new cars in videos. Just have to wait 2 weeks for the next update. I really like how they update the game a week or so early before enabling the new cars to give everyone the time to download them.

Had an awesome 2 hours of online yesterday, first time I didn't meet any rammers and had 2 guys compliment the racing that was happening, it's the best console racing online game for me since Dirt 2.

when it's on it's really on from an online racing perspective, that is why it's so frustrating when instead you spend an evening trying to find online races and you end up in lobbies with 1-2 people max, of which all but 1 leaves before the race and when the race start the other person is 5 sec slower/lap than you are... the game needs a way so that you can be matched with people with similar times to you on that track (should not be hard to figure out for the game) even if that takes a bit longer, I'd rather wait 10 minutes at the lobby selection screen and have a competitive race afterwards than getting in a race right away but it just being a glorified solo time trial.
