I wish my replays were as appreciated as my stats are. :(
Perhaps I should spend more time racing on GT3 and less time doing stats on Excel 💡

I have ****-all chance of that, his point were accumulated in only two weeks, mine in 6... and that includes a week where ALL the big guns went missing...
 
Finally decided to update the leaderboard tonight with week 94 results :
Everybody scores since only 17 submitted.
Thurzo secures his first place since Luxy didn't submit (too busy updating his great leaderboard ;) ) but Hugo Boss scores a third victory in three races, and he's just rushing towards the podium, which he should reach after Chrismas race.

Something puzzles me : Sphinx, you're considered 'IN' because I didn't have your name on the board. Did you really not submit for the past 2 months ???

I'm just using the site as a storage area actually, everything else is in stand-by. I'll have a few days off for Christmas, I can put something up to make the site readable.
The easy way to take a look at the old stats is :
http : // flatout.free.fr / wrs / leaderboard / wrsxx.jpg
Just replace xx by the week number (from 80 and 94) and if it doesn't work type wrs in capital letters.

:lol: Hey don't dunce me... well, actually I was thinking of it. :dunce: :lol:

The last few weeks I have been in the 60's and having trouble staying in top 10. It puzzled me as I remembered it being easier, when you started up. After I found you old stats I could see, I maybe was right. It seems like, there's more fighting for the places in my area now.

It looks like, that your stats are making some/many? of us submitting more constantly to gain points. 👍

My idea was to make a graph, showing how many points was needed to be on the podium, in top 5, 10, 15 and 20 over the weeks. Like all stats either very boring or very interesting, depending on the observer.
Me? I just love stats. ;)

Competition is increased during the last weeks, but only for the top spots.

👍 👍 👍 to your meta-stats. (I mean, stats based on the stats).
It seems indeed obvious that over the time (14 weeks) being on the top spots requires more and more points.
Which could be caused by 2 things :
1) drivers are more consistent and submit more often
2) we have a bunch of really good drivers who score many points at each race.

Perhaps knowing how many people submitted (Famine worked this out in his stats) and how many drivers were in the leaderboard would help 💡
(I love stats too ;) )
 
Post #1 is updated with week 95 results :
Lots of new racers appear on the board (7 if I remember well), while 3 are kissing us good-bye.
With his 4th win in 4 races Hugo rushes on the podium. Luxy and Thurzo, you'd better keep your right pedal on the metal if you want to stay high up on the board ;)

Merry Christmas to you, and as they say : "in real life, always wear you seat belt, use your turn signal and remember to drive carefully".

I granted 25 points to Meteo for winning last week. I just didn't keep informed how things turned out. If I should remove him, please keep me informed.
Not much more gossip tonight, San Andreas is loading ;)
 
Among all those fantastic stats over the WRS, yours are simply the best, Kel. 👍

Well I was wondering...
Do the 45 races I have under my belt include both division 1 and 2.

Under division 2 I had 9 with a 2 first and 3 seconds (yet 6 podiums?)
Under division 1 I had 45 races with 5,8,10 (respective podium positions.

So does that mean my total participation is at 54 races?

And could you explain how I managed 5 marked division 2 podiums yet end up being counted in the overall div2 podium list for 6?

I'm guessing that 1 of those was an overall podium that got marked carried over into another stats page?

And yes looks like you've done 54 races, more than anyone :cool:

Yet, I also have a remark concerning my own race count : I have saved replays from weeks 65 to 69 and from week 75 to 96, which adds up to 27 replays.
I think I didn't submit back in week 69, which means I have 26 submissions, while you mention only 24.
Not that it matters much, but hey, great stats require accuracy ;)
I didn't count my podium finished however.

Sorry Kel, but all this talking made me update my personal stats too. Thinking I was close to my 50 WRS jubilee.

I have raced 24 races in div 2. Your stats are accurate there.
And 23 in div 3. It looks like you're missing one there.

I was racing div 3 in week:

42,43,44,45,46,
47,48,49,50,51,
52,53,54,57,58,
60,63,64,65,67,
68,69,70=23

:lol: Looks convincing doesn't it, all these numbers. :lol:
 
Well, well look at you all finding flaws in my stats :lol: The main reason I sometimes miss out a race is when I lose track of who I've added and sometimes think I've added you in for the week when I haven't, that's all I can think of fo an excuse anyway :D

No problemo.
Good stats need motivated people but also good tools. Perhaps you should consider create a specific Excel sheet or use a database to store data and run the calculations for you ?
 
What's happened to the dynamic updates? I love seeing the table updated each week, especially as I've been consistently sixth for a few weeks now!
 
Yeah, I've been lazy in the past weeks due to Grove Street duties, but I'll upload weeks 97, 98 and 99 leaderboards at the same time this week.
 
Post #1 is updated with results from weeks 97 and 98.
I'm up-to-date on the leaderboard maintenance.

You'll notice that Hugo scores 167 points out of a maximum of 175 (which would mean 7 wins in the past 7 weeks).
I guess he'll be hard to kick out of top spot.

I'm planning to race week 100 in a full modded Mini, so if you drive a GT-one or R-390 you'll indeed have the feeling that I'm just parked on the tarmac.
Perhaps I'll be closer on the ARC3 tracks...
