Guys the real conference starts tomorrow when Hideo Brojima comes onto the stage and owns everybody with MGS.

No bias here at all.

So heading into Nintendo's lone online presentation, is anyone really expecting big things? I'm honestly not convinced they'll ever wow people like they used to. Even with Microsoft and Sony not putting out exciting things, I don't see Nintendo being any better. Everytime people expect them to make something significant happen, they don't.

I'm totally using that from now on.

Nothing that excited me in Sony's conference. Heard nothing about DriveClub and pCARS. The only thing I likes from Microsoft's was Horizon 2. Disappointed a bit.

So you were only interested in the driving games, the genre that never gets the attention of first person shooters. You were doomed from the start.

I like other games but my main focus are the racing games. I was expecting at least some DriveClub footage considering that it's a first party title.

DriveClub at this point isn't going to live up to my expectations. I may just completely skip it and wait for pCars.

Even thought I loath the series, I was shocked M$ didn't have Danny in a rig to do a lap on The Ring during the Forza segment.

I don't know about FH2. It's more arcade than sim and that may push me away.
Not sure why you will feel would that way. It's basically a game that doesn't take itself seriously. It's meant to be silly, fun and for you to explore the world, but in cars. Sure it may not be a sim, but that shouldn't turn you away imo. :\

They should change their name to Indiestation. GT6 on PS4 or GT7P missing was lame. Not even GT6 DLC for PS3 👎 Even Forza they announced a track. LBP3 is the only savior for them this year. DC could be really good. There were some other good games though including some nice indie games. But overall is was a bad show.

LBP3 isn't even Media Molecule any longer. My kids won't care, but I feel kinda snubbed.

Jordan said GT would not be at E3 last week so you shouldn't have even expected it. Also, DLC for PS3? This is about PS4, not PS3. That free track was shown for Forza 5 because it was for a Xbox ONE title, not a 360 title.

Well, Ubisoft seems to be the ones who didn't repeat history, amazing show by them, sold on The Crew now, and maybe Assassins Creed (for the first time) .

Sony press conference was poor, makes me wonder why I even bothered buying my PS4 for exclusives that simply will not come, EA not saying anything about Star Wars, tired of BF games, underwhelmed by Forza Horizon 2 (though Xbox presentation was ok), and the rest I just don't care about.
Graphics doesn't make a game good, but content, features and gamplay does, which Forza Horizon 2 has over DC btw. Both gasmes are equally matched in graphics though.
Having seen Forza Horizon 2 I can say that it really lacks compared graphically to DC, from the models, to the lighting to some of the effects (not to say that FH2 effects are bad, but everything reflects like glass rather than metal, and there is no atmosphere to the environments like clouds or particle effects to the same amount, here is an example of such a thing).

Having said that, I'm sold on The Crew, it just look better all around and it will be bigger and more complete than any of them.

Its been rumored for a while sumo digital was making LBP3. I hate using this expression, but I was disappointed in the trailer. LBP3 looked like an expansion pack to LBP2. Its like all they did was officially add the community's 3D glitch layers. Hopefully in the next few days theres more, better info revealed about it. I need to see something like more control over the shapes, larger maps to work with, full free 3D movement thats not restricted by movi g from 'layer to layer' etc. They can deliver but the trailer was a letdown.

Media Molecule's sculpting game will probably be at Gamescon, looking forward to that.

Open-world and is supposed to be 1080p at a locked 30fps for those who wish to know. Looks nice.

Sony has no direct rival/competitor for the Forza Horizon series unfortunately.

You could say that, while both games are quite different, Driveclub and FH2 are both rivals in that they are both first-party racing games being released this year.
