The updated content and online multiplayer for GT6 is all free, how is this a smart business model?
GT6 has sold under expectations and expecting a sales spurt with current stock that is already half it's original value and expecting decent profits is a little unrealistic especially with the release of the new generation hardware selling extremely well.
Sony cutting their losses as they move into a new future and new profitable hardware makes better economic sense and selling this new hardware with a cut down famous racing game is a no brainer.
Anyway let's see what happens.

Updating content for free helps sell copies. The fact they sold under expectations doesn't matter. If it sells a few more ps3 systems then they are doing well.

Here I'm just hoping Battlefront 3 not to be a BF4:star Wars mod, just a game that follows from it's originals.

Maybe Horizon 2, though at this point E3's hype is kinda there, not to much to expect other than new COD footage and maybe something interesting like ... what Watch_Dogs was a couple of days ago.

Why do people cheer when console exclusive stuff get's announced for multi-platform games? Don't they realise that is only good news for the company paying for the exclusive? It's certainly never good for gamers.

I meant console exclusive stuff in multiplatform games. They announced 'first on Xbox' content for COD, didn't pay attention to what exactly.

Possibly (jumping the gun), since this is at 30fps, not 60fps like full Forza.
