E3 2014 - Discussion Thread "The Future Revealed"

Why do people cheer when console exclusive stuff get's announced for multi-platform games? Don't they realise that is only good news for the company paying for the exclusive? It's certainly never good for gamers.

I honestly think only the people who still are stuck in the stupid "My console is better then yours" mindset are the ones eating this up.

Assasins Le Creed looks pretty good.


Horizon 2 was somewhat ... underwheelming, I was honestly expecting more footage, or at least more variety than was apparently shown.

After showing nudes one time and all the swearing (with the usual dosage of blood somewhere), I never expect this broadcast to be safe for work.

Sunset Overdrive looks like a cross between Dead Rising and Lollipop Chainsaw. Did they conscientiously make the guy Ryan Renolds?

We really didn't need the head on sticks thing Ubisoft!

And I think I just saw the most over the top trailer for DLC. Kinda liked it though.

Jet Set Radio meets Left 4 Dead meets whatever they put in those energy drinks.

All in all, it looked like one of those brainless OTT games you see in cartoons satirising video games in general.

Pretty disappointing there was no Forza gameplay but they had time for gameplay of HD remasters of an old game.

On a brighter note. The Halo remake does look really good.
Would definately get it if I had an Xbox One.

Yep, Halo 2 FHD makes me want a X1.

And that's like the only reason,is nice to see that they kept some of the original sounds (and the fantastic soundtrack) as how it used to be.
