I have a small suspicion a lot of Silverado owners are the kinda guys who aren’t particularly fond of EVs, so I don’t see Musk converting many of them to the Cybertruck.

Language warning.

How it's going:

It is with great relish that I have sent the following letter to the editor of my local paper:

"Elon Musk, the ostensible savant who does everything out of a specious concern for humanity, has graced us lowly peons with yet more profound wisdom. The South African son of an emerald mine owner who himself fathered two children with his own stepdaughter, and famous for buying out Tesla less than a year after its founding by Eberhard and Tarpenning, had compared the Hungarian-American philanthropist George Soros to Marvel's most famous holocaust survivor, Magneto, while claiming Soros "hates humanity." For Musk to claim he is neither right-wing nor left-wing, I cannot say I've seen the same hyperbolic claims aimed at the Koch brothers, who often fund more conservative endeavors. Never mind the fact that much like Magneto, Soros himself is a survivor of the holocaust. Musk, who is famed for currently having eight children, including one who's already disowned him as a father, attempted to backpedal on his comments. But it's he of all people who should know that once you put something on the internet, it never truly disappears. Maybe he can use that genius of his to think before he speaks!"

WHAT!? I thought, and was in fact repeatedly assured by certain people, that Elon Musk spent/overpaid tens of billions of dollars on buying Twitter so he could post memes.

I wonder if he's trying to get Musk as VP? (Which I am pretty sure is not allowed.)

I mean Ted Cruz tried to run for president and he's not even remotely a natural born citizen.

I'm not sure Musk is even in the country legally though, much less a citizen.

Wouldn't shock me if DeSantis promoted a person that his base wants to get rid of (in theory).

All DeSantis can literally talk about is "de-woking" the US.

This guy is going to get trounced on a national level before Trump tears into him.

As another dozen experimental chimps die in agony. #twelvedeadmonkeys

Idea: maybe he could start using blue check volunteers as test subjects instead? 💡

Having waited with all his strength, until April 20th, the paralysed victim of an FSD crash, mashes the bloodied stumps of his fingers - chewed off on shear confusion - against their Twitter Blue app to say "This operation was a success! thanks Elon", before finally vomiting themselves to death...

... the fate of the Musk cultist.

Replies are his echo chamber, the community guidelines are the truth. How soon before community notes gets axed?
All he has to do is make it blue check only and he'll get all the fellatio he desires. Or restrict access to his followers.

It's beginning to look an awful lot like Musk himself - who already has a second account posting turbo-cringe crap as his child "X" - has an account as a "parody" of Rep Ocasio-Cortez.

To be fair, it meets Twitter's rules about clearly marked parody, although the fact the "(parody)" part gets cut off on the mobile interface makes it look a little misleading.

"Whoever it is behind the account", like all nutters who saw a non-white woman once and they didn't talk to them, it seems obsessed with her having sex with Musk:

Just... the cringiest possible stuff.

This is Elon, so it is just Tuesday for him.

Another of @TexRex's "connie bitchfits" concerns this rightwing criticism of Twitter's restriction on retweeting and commenting on Matt Walsh's "What Is A Woman?" movie due to its being found to break the platform's rules on hateful conduct.

Meanwhile, a fake account has been created on the website purporting to represent a fictitious candidate for Nevada's congressional elections named Daniel "N-word", seemingly also contravening Twitter's guidelines. When asked, what their press office replied to a request for comments with their standard poop auto-response.
